Hi!

I see you are using a caching plugin, could you try to delete the cache and deactivate the plugin to see if that helps? You could also try to deactivate all other plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict.

Are you using a custom footer.php in your child theme? Please try to overwrite it with the original footer.php and then add the text you want in the backend to see if that works.

Yes it seems to be caused by the Zopim plugin, our support for third party plugins is limited, could you try to contact the plugin authors to see if they can help you?
