The only difference I can see between the two is that the London one seems to be a bit lower than the other one, is that the problem?

I reloaded the page about 5 times on latest Chrome/OSX and I get the same results every time: http://imgur.com/z8AQoEo. Is it only happening on Windows or are there any special steps to reproduce?

It looks like something is messing with the default behaviour which is for the image to cover the whole are, could you try to deactivate all plugins to see if one of them is causing the issue? If that doesn’t work, please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look.
You can submit bug reports here in the forum and we will then escalate them if they are a bug.

The easiest option would be to add it in a widget to display in the sidebar though, please let us know what option you’d prefer.

I’m not really sure what problem you are having, could you provide us with a screenshot highlighting the issue please? I tried clicking some of the buttons on your site but none of them brought up a lightbox so it’s a bit like walking in the dark since I don’t understand Russian.
