I’m not sure what you mean by hover on phone, there is no hover on mobile devices?

Please try the following for the social icons in the socket:

You have a lot of items in your menu, you could try the following code to activate the mobile menu at a higher screen resolution:
```
@media only screen and (max-width: 1305px) {
nav.main_menu {display:none !important;}
#advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide {display:block !important; }
}
```
