Maybe you could try to add a widget to the header? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/. We will help you out with custom CSS once you have it in place.

Not sure I understand what you mean but you could probably achieve that look by using the 1/3 and 2/3 layout elements. Not sure though if you want it to be full width or not?

Does it work if the plugin is deactivated? I guess it all depends on how you look at it but if a plugin removes functionality from a theme I would say the plugin is to blame. You could try the following CSS to see if you have any luck with it, just paste in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
```
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
nav.main_menu {display:none !important;}
#advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide {display:block !important; }
}
```

I can see the logo on the first two menu selections but not on the rest, could you try to delete the logos that are already uploaded and upload and add it again to see if that helps?

There are a lot of errors when loading the site, this one might be worth looking into:

http://missiondemos.com/HarvestRidge/wp-content/themes/EXPRESS/style.css Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

If all resources are not loading it’s the likely cause of the problem. Could you check the permissions of the file in question?
