You can do that, just go to Appearance–>Menus, select the menu where you want the link to be located and add a link to it from the left hand menu.

That is actually not coming from the footer but from the sidebar, just check the Sidebar Settings in the right hand menu on the page which is correct and apply the same to others as well.

Unfortunately updates doesn’t work perfectly every time, I get blank screens when updating plugins, official WordPress themes etc pretty often, usually it’s only on the front end where it seems to have gone wrong, but updating the page will help most of the time. Not everyone has experience with FTP, that’s why we are here to help out.

I’m not entirely sure I understand which parts are not responsive, I had a look and the page looks fine to me on all sizes. Could you provide us with screenshots highlighting your issues please?

You can change the title of your page under Appearance–>Customise–>Site Title & Tagline. Or if you want to change the title of a specific page, edit that page and change the title in the edit screen.

It looks like you saved the image with a white background, you need to save it with a transparent background, most likely in png24 format.

Yes updating will overwrite core files, please try to use a child theme to avoid losing any custom work in the future. http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/create-a-child-theme/

It’s looks responsive on my end, could you try to empty your browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps?

It’s difficult for us to help you if you are not using the current version, could you try to move your customisations into a child theme and then update? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/create-a-child-theme/. Please backup your working version so that you can revert if anything should go wrong.
What version of WordPress are you using? I’m guessing the issue is caused by your version of Enfold not being compatible with your version of WordPress.
