Hi!
This very much feels like a plugin conflict, do we have your permission to deactivate plugins to check?
Best regards,
RikardHey anweb!
Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details here as a private reply.

RikardHey!
You are probably getting cached results on your ipad, could you try to delete you browser cache and reload a few times? You can also view ipad size on your desktop by resizing your browser window horizontally.
Regards,
RikardHey Shawnlimws!
I’m not sure what customisations was done to your other site, maybe this? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/

The opening body tag is located in header.php, you could add it there or use the ava_after_main_container hook, also in the header, if you want to place your code in functions.php instead.
Cheers!
RikardHey!
Add it to the very bottom of functions.php, did you try to empty you browser cache and reload a few times after adding it?
Regards,
RikardHi!

I can’t really see anything wrong with the slider on the page home, did you manage to get it fixed or did you remove the problem background image?

RikardHey!
If you activate one of the default WordPress themes, does the issue go away then?

From inspecting your site it looks like you put in #00000 instead of #000000, if it still doesn’t work, just add this to Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
.footer_color a{ color:black !important; }

About the ALB in posts, this is a new feature and it’s not fully developed yet, hopefully we will see some kind of combination between regular posts with ALB integrated in the future.
