Hi!
Sorry for the late reply, I’m getting the same error you are describing on ipad/safari but not on iphone/safari. I’ll check with the rest of the team.
Best regards,
RikardHey Alex!
Sorry for the late reply, I’m pretty sure it appears that way because of the hight of the two containers. I had a look at them both and they are using the same CSS for the background image. So if they were the same height they would like also display the background image the same way. Will this be an issue for you?
Cheers!
RikardHey flippingrocks!
Sorry for the late reply. Could you link to the site where you are having problems so that we can take a closer look please?
Best regards,
RikardOn the page you linked I can’t see anything wrong with your sidebar, the reason why some of the information on your page is not showing is because you’ve made customisations to the page. Could you open a new thread about this please?
Best regards,
RikardHi!
Did you try to set a custom height in pixels? Please link to your website so we can have a closer look.
Cheers!

RikardHey Soapmarine!
It’s not invisible since it’s set to white, but please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
.postid-536 .av-main-nav > li > a .avia-menu-text { color: black !important; }
Best regards,

Hey Bart!
I see your problem, could you try to disable all plugins except WooCommerce to see if one of them is causing a conflict?
Best regards,
RikardHi fredengl!

RikardHi Lezzur!
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:

RikardHi!
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
.single .blog-meta { display: none !important; }
Best regards,
RikardHey!
If you add it to Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling you won’t have to add it again after updates.
Cheers!
RikardHey @snailian!
I deactivated all your plugins but I got the same results though. I’m not sure how you set that Facebook widget since I couldn’t find it in any of the widget areas? I’m asking since it seems to not display anymore after I deactivated/activated the plugins. There is definitely something messing with your CSS though, even in the backend. For instance, your scroll to top button is displaying text, buttons in the edit screen of posts/pages are just displaying as text and the hover menus in the backend does not work. Have you done any customisations to the theme at all?
Regards,
RikardHi!
Ok great, what section did you apply the CSS to so that we can review the changes needed?
Best regards,
RikardHi!
I couldn’t see if you had put the CSS Ismael gave you in Quick CSS since you didn’t give the account admin rights, no problem though since we don’t need it at the moment. Did you make sure that you adjusted his code to your own section id’s to see if it works, for instance:
#av_section_7 { max-width: 50% !important; position: relative; left: 50%; transform: translate(-50%, 0); -webkit-transform: translate(-50%, 0); -moz-transform: translate(-50%, 0); }
To target the section under SABINEMETHOD.
Best regards,
RikardHey!
Thanks, didn’t seem to make much difference though. Could you try to overwrite your theme files with a fresh copy from Themeforest via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Cheers!

Ok I see, are we allowed to deactivate plugins for testing purposes?
Best regards,
RikardHi!
Great, glad you got it fixed. Please let us know if you have any more questions or problems.

RikardHey maryhellensegatta!
I’m not sure what you mean by messy, it looks ok to me but might need a bit more CSS to look nice. Could you try to explain a bit further how you would like it to look and we could help you out with some custom CSS? Screenshots tend to help if you could provide us with some.
Best regards,
RikardHi Paul!
Maybe you could try to put it in a widget? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/
Regards,
RikardHi amester55!
You can select ascending or descending order in the portfolio grid Display order option, did you try that?
Cheers!
