Hi!

You can select to show the Excerpt box in the post’s edit screen if you select Screen Options in the top righthand corner.

You could try to add a code block just above the element you want to scroll to and add the following code to it:
```
<div id="my-unique-id"></div>
```
Your anchor would be my-unique-id in this case.
