Hi!
I had a look at your site again and to me it looks great on Chrome, there seems to be some problems on Firefox though with the background with water? Could you please provide us with screenshots of what you are seeing on your end? Also, try to remove all custom CSS and clear all browser and plugin cache.

I had a look at one of your other pages and it seems like you have the same structure there so I don’t think it has anything to do with the special header. Could you try to recreate the page with the same layout to see if you get the same issue?

You are using a very old version of the theme, could you try to update to see if that helps? If the automatic update doesn’t work then please try to update manually via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. Latest version of the theme is 3.2.

Yes there is, but you have to do it manually in the Excerpt field in the edit screen of the post. If you don’t see the field then click screen options in the top right hand of the screen and select to show the Excerpt field.

You’ve put it inside a grid row with the minimum height of 384, that is what’s causing it.
Please try to add the following to Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .page-id-24 .avia-builder-el-3 { height: auto !important; min-height: auto !important; } }Please adjust the media query size (767px) to the size you find appropriate.

I don’t think that will help much because we can’t even access the login page, /wp-login.php or /wp-admin, that is where we are getting the 403 error. Could you check the permissions settings on your server? If you want to generate a new user you can use your own email and send us the new login details in a private reply.

I had a look at all the blog posts on the first page but I couldn’t see the issue anywhere, is there any post where it happens all the time or is it always random? Also, what browser have you been using when getting this error?

The Layerslider is bundled with the theme and can’t be updated individually unless you buy a separate licence for it but that shouldn’t be necessary. Do you have any problems with it?

I’m not sure what you mean by checkout staying grey, could you try to explain a bit further and maybe provide us with a screenshot of the issue? I checked you site, added a product and proceeded to checkout without any problems.
