Hi,
Try adding the following as well, though I think it might be easier for you to just recreate the pages you are having problems with. Obviously something has gone wrong there and fixes like this will take a lot of your and our time.
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #footer .first { margin-left: 6% !important; } .page-id-998 .av_one_fifth { margin-left: 0% !important; width: 100% !important; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
I see, could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
Please try copying footer.php to your child theme folder and then add the following to your child theme’s functions.php:
function before_footer(){ ?> <div class="container"> <h2>Content</h2> </div> <?php } add_action('ava_before_footer', 'before_footer');Thanks,
RikardHi,
You can disable it by going to Theme Options and unchecking the Lightbox Modal Window option.
Regards,
RikardHi,
Sometimes when importing the setting from the parent the settings won’t take effect immediately but if you go to the section of the theme options and mark for instance a colour value and then click save, it will change.
I’m not sure what you mean about the full code, but we can give you the shortcodes if you like? He’s the shortcode for the first page you linked to, please let us know if you want the rest as well:
You will need to enable debug mode in order to paste the shortcode to a page: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
Thanks,
RikardHi nini_bacher,
Out of the box it would not be possible but you can try to add custom CSS like the following to Quick CSS to see if you have any luck with it:
#av_section_1 { background-image: url(https://yoursite.com/image.jpg); }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the login and sorry for the late reply. I can see the problem, they get a bit cut off while scrolling down sometimes. I couldn’t see any reason for it happening though, would it be possible for you to contact the plugin authors to see if they are a better idea?
Regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. I’m actually not too familiar with the new version of the Facebook widget but it seems to be set to 300px and if you set it to a larger size the header image will not follow, so it doesn’t look very good. If you want to have a transparent background to the widget though you can add the following to Quick CSS:
.av_facebook_widget_wrap { background-color: transparent !important; }Thanks,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the admin access, do we have permission to disable plugins temporarily for testing purposes?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. Did you manage to get the problem fixed? Looking at your site it looks like the images are full width and on top of the text.
Thanks,

RikardHi @Urbannature, could you have a look at the link to the pdf from NextGen, it gives me a 404 error. It would be nice to see what they have to say about it.
Cheers!

August 3, 2015 at 5:02 am in reply to: How to open pictures in the lightbox in (real) fullscreen? #481855Hi,
Sorry for the late reply. I’m not familiar with any plugins like that and I’m not sure it’s even possible when dealing with pictures with varying sizes. For instance, “real” full width would not be possible for a portrait sized image on a desktop screen. I’m not sure if you still need help with this but please let us know if you should have any further questions.
Best regards,
RikardAugust 3, 2015 at 4:55 am in reply to: How to make slider full width of screen and disable default mouseover effect #481854Hi,
Sorry for the late reply. I’m not sure what’s going on there but I can’t see any accordions on the page you linked?
Regards,
RikardHI,
Sorry for the late reply. You’re right, you are able to have videos in the slider, but they default at 100% or the slider size so having a smaller size will require some customisation. I had a look at your site again and I can see the video in the slide and it looks pretty good but it needs some tweaking. Please try the following CSS instead:
.postid-4208 li.slide-8 { width: 65% !important; max-height: 45% !important; left: 25% !important; top: 17% !important; }#top .av-video-slide { height: 170% !important; overflow: visible !important; }Thanks,
Rikard
Hi,
Could you provide us with a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Cheers!
RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. I’m not sure what the problem was with the special headers but you can set both markup (h1-h6) and font size, so a difference in size is most likely just different settings for the elements. Please let us know if we can help you out further on the topic.
Regards,
RikardHi rlogan2334,
Inspecting the page I’m seeing this being applied to the container elements as inline CSS:
#top.page-id-24 #av_section_1 .av-special-heading { background-color: transparent; height: 87px; width: 674px; }I’m not sure where it’s coming from but if you remove that it will give you the results you’re looking for.
Cheers!

RikardJuly 31, 2015 at 10:28 am in reply to: Enfold: Centering Columns for multi-column Post Slider layout #481221Hi,
I see, you can try the following in Quick CSS, though you might want to not apply it to smaller screens since it will most likely mess with the responsiveness:
.page-id-5995 .slide-entry-wrap .first { margin-left: 17.5% !important; }Regards,

Sorry, same result unfortunately. Am I logging in at the right address though, I’m trying at http://docs.rid….com/wp-admin
About your use case: yes, that is the way it’s supposed to work. But we will need access to the backend to check out why it’s not working.
