Hey!
The private info adds a section to your reply only visible to you and moderators.
About your problem: I couldn’t see what you are describing on FireFox, it looks the same as in Chrome on my end. Could you send us a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end please? Also, make sure that your browser cache is flushed in case you’re getting cached results.
If you bump your own thread it will send it to the back of our support queue, please try not to do that unless you think it’s very important for us to solve your problem.
Best regards,

I’m not familiar with that plugin and our support for third party plugins is limited, but send us an admin login and we’ll have a look at it. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Regards,
RikardHey mattmikulla!
Could you provide us with a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Cheers!
RikardHey Denis!
There’s most likely a conflict with one of your plugins, could you try to deactivate them to see if that is the case?
Best regards,
RikardHi!
Great, glad you got it fixed :)
It was probably a caching issue.
Regards,
RikardHi!

RikardHey stlgoat04!
You can add padding to the columns by setting it under the Layout tab in each column.

RikardHi!

I’m not sure on what page we can see the issue, could you link directly to it and provide a screenshot of it as well please?
Regards,
RikardHey!
1. On what pages are the footer widgets not collapsing, I couldn’t find any. Please link to them here.
2. You had set a fixed width for the hr element, please use the following in Quick CSS
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .avia-builder-el-12 .hr-inner { width:100px !important; } }
3. I can’t see this issue, in what browser and device is it disappearing?
4. I couldn’t see this issue either, is it the screenshot with the blue background? I couldn’t see any overlapping there or on the actual site?
Best regards,
RikardHey!
Ok no problem, glad you found the problem. Please let us know if you should need any more help on the topic.

RikardHi!
Yes that is correct, using the ALB for post acts more or less like designing a page but you can add for instance share elements etc. to the post manually. If you want the regular look then please use the default editor.
Cheers!
RikardHey!
It can’t see anything obviously wrong with it, could you try to explain a bit further or provide us with a screenshot highlighting the issue please?
Cheers!

I can’t see any issues like the ones your are describing in the latest version of Chrome, could you provide us with screenshots of the issue and further information on how to reproduce it please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Eli!
You can style the headers in Enfold–>Advanced Styling and you can add custom CSS to Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling.

Hey!
The text in the first slider is getting cut off even on desktop, I’m guessing you put some custom CSS in the slider? Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi Daria!
I’m not sure I understand what you mean, do you want the images to be round? If so, please try the following in Quick CSS:
.page-id-367 .avia-builder-el-28 img { border-radius: 50% !important; }
Regards,
RikardHi Triesch_14!
Please try the following for changing the logo for mobile: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/change-logo-on-mobile/
I’m not sure I understand your other issues, could you provide us with screenshots of the problems and the pages where we can see them please?
Best regards,

128mb might not be enough, could you try 256mb to see if it gets better? http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
Cheers!

Could you try to overwrite your theme files with a fresh copy from Themeforest via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. Make sure to back your site up before attempting this.
Best regards,
