Hi,
I can’t see any login details, could you try to post them again in the Private Section please?
Thanks,
RikardHey @migue_theme,
I just uploaded the Kriesi logo without any problems, what kind of files are you having trouble with?
Thanks,
RikardHi,
I’m not sure what you mean by that exactly but I think it’s because the CSS of the masonry element is set to cover the area assigned for the image, so, the image is not really cropped, it’s just covering the area so some image data will not be visible. If this would have been done in a different way it would be very difficult to get the correct look because of differing image sizes.
Thanks,

Then you are using the wrong code, could you try to explain a bit further what you are trying to do please?
Thanks,
RikardHi,
From your builder:
Brian <strong>SmithUnclosed strong tag.
Dawn <strong>WellsUnclosed strong tag.
Rob <strong>AngelUnclosed strong tag.
We’ve given you the reason to why this is happening, maybe it would be a good idea to check if you did the same mistake again?

The code you posted is commented out, so if you replace:
/* * add option to edit elements via css class */ // add_theme_support(‘avia_template_builder_custom_css’);with this:
/* * add option to edit elements via css class */ add_theme_support(‘avia_template_builder_custom_css’);it should work.
Thanks,
RikardHey marieilene,
Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Regards,
RikardHey M1000000,
If you enable this: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ and add a class for the button and div element you should be able to use jQuery toggle to open/close the element: http://www.w3schools.com/jquery/eff_toggle.asp

Maybe you could try the following instead? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/. We’ll help you out with positioning once you have added the widget.

RikardHi,
The link you sent is to a draft so we need to be logged in to be able to view it. Please send us an admin login or a new link to a published page.
Regards,
RikardHey jaimemerz,
It all depends on the look you are trying to achive but you should be able to do most looks with the help of CSS. Please send us a link to the site and a mockup/screenshot of what you are trying to do.
Best regards,
RikardHey Matt,
You probably did something wrong, are you using a child theme? If not, please create one to avoid making this change every time you update the theme: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/create-a-child-theme/. Paste the code in your child theme’s functions.php. Please send us an admin login if you should still be having problems, you can post the details here in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi ImpeccaImage,
You have a lot of items in your menu on the french page but there is overlapping on the english one as well on some screen sizes, you could activate the mobile header on an earlier stage to prevent that. Please use the following in Quick CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { nav.main_menu {display:none !important;} #advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide {display:block !important; } }You may have to edit the value 1024 to something higher because the overlapping starts somewhere around 1300 pixels.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, glad you got it fixed. We’ll have a look at the privacy settings for that, thanks for letting us know.

RikardHi,
I’m not sure why there’s a conflict there, our support for third party plugins is limited unfortunately, we just can’t be compatible with all plugins out there.
Thanks,
Rikard-

August 7, 2015 at 8:26 am in reply to: Restaurant One Page change Menu and Logo position only on the first page #484329Hi,
As far as I can see About Us is not a separate page, it’s a section on the same page, it will be difficult giving you code that will only be activate on certain sections on the same page unfortunately.
Regards,
RikardHi,
I’ve never tried using the blog post element on the assigned blog page, but I guess that would happen. I’m not sure what you mean by building all your blog posts with the element, the element is used for displaying blog posts, not creating them. You create your posts under Posts in the WordPress menu. You can read more about the theme and how to use it here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/
Best regards,
Rikard -
