If it’s displaying the wrong image, try clearing the Facebook cache by running the URL through this: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/. You could also try to change the image in question to see if you get the results you are after.

I imported the default demo and it worked except for the images, could you check the upload rights for your /wp-content/uploads folder please?

Just regular layout elements like color sections, 1/5, 3/5 and 1/2. The menus are Catalogue items.

Since you’ve used the ALB for post you will have to add it manually via shortcode, please refer to Disqus documentation to find the correct one.

Go to Pages and edit the Welcome page. Edit the first Color Section and click the Section Background tab, there you can replace the pasta.jpg image.

You should probably try to stick to one size of headers, for instance h3, for the content of your post, and to one of the blog post header. As long as your keyword is in the text I wouldn’t worry too much about what markup you are using for it, search engines will understand that the headers are important.

You can add new fonts to the dropdowns by using the following in your child themes functions.php:

If you want the links to display as dropdowns your can add a link element above the elements in question and just link it to #, which means it won’t go anywhere. Under that you can add your anchor links.
