Hey shreinmedia,
Sorry for the late reply. Looking at your site it looks you solved it already?
Best regards,
RikardHey BelIblis,
You could try the codeblock element to see if that works out for you? If you should keep having problems then please send us an admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi,
I think the easiest option to add space would be to use the Separator/White Space element to make it seems like they are of equal height, could you try that out to see if it works out?
Regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the details. On the /big-game-big-give/ page you had a 4row/16 items selected and it seemed not to be working since you only have 1 portfolio item. I changed it to only list 1 item and it seems to be working now. I didn’t get any 404 or 401 errors though so I think it’s working properly now?
Thanks,
RikardHi reederjack5252,

RikardHi,
Did you use the ALB to create that post? If so, it’s the expected behaviour. You would have to input the excerpt manually in the edit screen. If you can’t see the excerpt field then click Screen Options in the top right hand corner or the screen and select to display Excerpt.

RikardHey videogame,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
#top div ul.product_list_widget li a { display: inline !important; }Best regards,
RikardHey juniorcbjr83,
You can import the font via CSS: http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_font-face_rule.asp

RikardHi,

Sorry for the late reply. The arrows are showing fine on my end: http://imgur.com/cBEjhJy. I’m guessing you worked it out?

RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. I tried playing around with the values but when removing the left padding it seems to break the whole 1px gap layout and I’m not sure why to be honest, but you can remove the top padding by adding the following to Quick CSS:
.av-large-gap.av-masonry { padding: 0px 0 0 15px; }Thanks,
RikardHi,
I couldn’t see the styles being applied to the element, could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. We usually respond within 12 hours but when you reply to your own thread it sends it to the back of our queue. I had a look at your site and I don’t know why the background image to the color section was missing but I’ve added it for you. You can do this by editing the color section in question and selecting the Section Background tab. Please have a look at your site now and let us know if you should have any more questions or problems.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. We can help you out with styling the header widget but I couldn’t see it on your site? We need to inspect the element in order to give you the correct CSS for it.
Regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. It seems to be happening because of the CSS values put in there, the text being 85% of the screen window from the top for instance, that will cause the slider container to stretch out like it’s doing. 200px from the left will likely cause some issues on smaller screens as well. You might want to consider creating a new slider on for mobile and optimising it for small screens. You can then hide/show the appropriate slider with CSS which we can help you out with.
Regards,
RikardHi,
We can’t really take any credit but I’m glad you got the answers you were looking for. Please start a new thread if you should have any more questions or problems.

RikardHi JVW234,
I’m not sure what’s going on there but I think it’s because of you Polylang plugin, when viewing the site it goes to …/de/. I’m not familiar with that plugins and it becomes even harder for me when it’s in german, could you have a look at the settings in the plugin please?
Thanks,
RikardHi,
You have 4 different transitions selected there, could you try to remove all but one to see if you have any luck with that?
Thanks,

RikardHi Ivan,
Login is working now at least, I can see your problem but I’m not sure if I have a solution for you. I’m not sure where that plugin would have registered the widget area (I thought it was only a widget), but I would recommend you to start looking in your functions.php to see if you can find anything there.
Thanks,
