RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. We usually respond within 12 hours but when you reply to your own thread it sends it to the back of our queue. I had a look at your site and I don’t know why the background image to the color section was missing but I’ve added it for you. You can do this by editing the color section in question and selecting the Section Background tab. Please have a look at your site now and let us know if you should have any more questions or problems.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. We can help you out with styling the header widget but I couldn’t see it on your site? We need to inspect the element in order to give you the correct CSS for it.
Regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. It seems to be happening because of the CSS values put in there, the text being 85% of the screen window from the top for instance, that will cause the slider container to stretch out like it’s doing. 200px from the left will likely cause some issues on smaller screens as well. You might want to consider creating a new slider on for mobile and optimising it for small screens. You can then hide/show the appropriate slider with CSS which we can help you out with.
Regards,
RikardHi,
We can’t really take any credit but I’m glad you got the answers you were looking for. Please start a new thread if you should have any more questions or problems.
Best regards,
RikardHi JVW234,
I’m not sure what’s going on there but I think it’s because of you Polylang plugin, when viewing the site it goes to …/de/. I’m not familiar with that plugins and it becomes even harder for me when it’s in german, could you have a look at the settings in the plugin please?
Thanks,
RikardHi,
You have 4 different transitions selected there, could you try to remove all but one to see if you have any luck with that?
Thanks,

RikardHi Ivan,
Login is working now at least, I can see your problem but I’m not sure if I have a solution for you. I’m not sure where that plugin would have registered the widget area (I thought it was only a widget), but I would recommend you to start looking in your functions.php to see if you can find anything there.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
I what version of Chrome are you seeing that? It looks fine on my end using the latest version, 44.0.2403.130 (64-bit). Would it be possible for you to record a video of it?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I can’t see any login details, could you try to post them again in the Private Section please?
Thanks,
RikardHey @migue_theme,
I just uploaded the Kriesi logo without any problems, what kind of files are you having trouble with?
Thanks,
RikardHi,
I’m not sure what you mean by that exactly but I think it’s because the CSS of the masonry element is set to cover the area assigned for the image, so, the image is not really cropped, it’s just covering the area so some image data will not be visible. If this would have been done in a different way it would be very difficult to get the correct look because of differing image sizes.
Thanks,

Then you are using the wrong code, could you try to explain a bit further what you are trying to do please?
Thanks,
RikardHi,
From your builder:
Brian <strong>SmithUnclosed strong tag.
Dawn <strong>WellsUnclosed strong tag.
Rob <strong>AngelUnclosed strong tag.
We’ve given you the reason to why this is happening, maybe it would be a good idea to check if you did the same mistake again?

The code you posted is commented out, so if you replace:
/* * add option to edit elements via css class */ // add_theme_support(‘avia_template_builder_custom_css’);with this:
/* * add option to edit elements via css class */ add_theme_support(‘avia_template_builder_custom_css’);it should work.
Thanks,

RikardHey M1000000,
If you enable this: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ and add a class for the button and div element you should be able to use jQuery toggle to open/close the element: http://www.w3schools.com/jquery/eff_toggle.asp

RikardHi RunningDogMedia,
Maybe you could try the following instead? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/. We’ll help you out with positioning once you have added the widget.
