Not sure I understand what look you are going for but you could try the following in Quick CSS:

#avia-menu li a {
  line-height: 165px !important;
}

If you want to add additional content to the header you can try this: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/. We can help you out with styling once it’s added.

Sorry about that, please try this instead:

  top: 40% !important;
}

Also, please activate the mobile menu for tablets as well under Enfold–>Header–>Mobile Menu as your menu is overlapping the logo on tablet sizes.

I think in this case filenames might be case sensitive. I’m guessing it works if you upload image.jpg but not image.JPG? Could you try if it works better if you rename your file endings to lower case?
