I can see that you are using huge padding on two of your color sections, are those the ones you mean? If your settings don’t reflect on the frontend then please try to empty your browser cache and reload the page a few times to see if that helps.

I still can’t figure out why the subject line setting is not applying, did you make any changes at all to the theme?

I see your problem now though the things you’ve listed that you have done already are the same recommendations I would give you, if deactivating plugins and overwriting the theme didn’t work the only advice I could give you would be to reinstall WordPress. Although I think a fresh install of the theme would be enough, could you please try again? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. Another option would be to activate debug mode and copy the shortcode to a new page to see if it works better then: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

For adding the shop links to the the header adding a widget area to it might be a good option: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/. There’s no need for installing anything extra, your shop should adapt to your current theme settings.
