Hi,
What happened after they added the php.ini file, are you still having the same problems as before?
Thanks,
RikardHi,
I couldn’t see an image in the header on your site but you can try the following:
.header-scrolled #header .widget { display:none !important; }Regards,
RikardAugust 28, 2015 at 8:28 am in reply to: Create a gap between Header and main content that shows Body image backgroud #494677Hey,
Thanks for that but I just get a blank page with a dark footer, no information at all on the page?
Thanks,
RikardHi,
No because you’ve used
as spaces, delete them and it will wrap. Thanks,
RikardHi,
Not sure about your specific model but I get the same results as Yigit on my end.
Cheers!
RikardHi,
Just toggling the slider you want to show usually helps if it stops showing, or just remove the element and add it again.

RikardHi @kandolina,
Did you try @Diezel23’s suggestion and did you have any luck with it? Following this to activate custom CSS: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/
Best regards,
RikardHi jumamedia,
I’m not sure what you mean by news, are you referring to posts? If so you can try to use the Post Slider element.
Thanks,

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
.html_header_sidebar .av-sidebar-social-container { position: absolute !important; bottom: 0px; }Thanks,

Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Please make sure that the font you are using has the character in question.

RikardHi,
I can see that you are using huge padding on two of your color sections, are those the ones you mean? If your settings don’t reflect on the frontend then please try to empty your browser cache and reload the page a few times to see if that helps.
I still can’t figure out why the subject line setting is not applying, did you make any changes at all to the theme?

RikardAugust 28, 2015 at 5:56 am in reply to: AVIA Advanced layout builder – DEBUG WINDOW – COPY PASTE ERROR #494622Hey HuxburyQuinn,
I’m not sure where to begin really, your post is very long and a bit hard to follow to be honest :-) Is the html you pasted empty when you paste the shortcode, meaning the content follows the html and is not nested within it? If so you might be pasting/saving a bit to fast, sometimes the builder needs a bit of time to realise what has been pasted into the shortcode window. You might want to try the following: create a new page, a basic element to it and save. Paste your shortcode and wait for a short while, 20 seconds or so and save again. Please let us know if that works better for you.

Hi Jan,
I see your problem now though the things you’ve listed that you have done already are the same recommendations I would give you, if deactivating plugins and overwriting the theme didn’t work the only advice I could give you would be to reinstall WordPress. Although I think a fresh install of the theme would be enough, could you please try again? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. Another option would be to activate debug mode and copy the shortcode to a new page to see if it works better then: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
Thanks,

RikardHi inchmasterflex,
Could you link to the site in question please? For adding the shop links to the the header adding a widget area to it might be a good option: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/. There’s no need for installing anything extra, your shop should adapt to your current theme settings.

RikardHi tomaltman,
Not sure what you mean, I wasn’t logged in but the link in the footer took me to the address in private. If you should keep having problems then provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
