Hi minogig,

Thanks for the login details. I see that you are overriding header.php in your child theme, please try replacing that file with the same file from the parent theme. You can add your customisations back in after that.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. A theme license is valid for one domain, including subdomains. So using it on your.site and subsite.your.site would be allowed using a single license.

You can select to not show the header in the Layout menu for each individual page. Then you can add the logo as a regular image for example.

Your site is not loading on my end, which version of the theme are you running? The problem might have been temporary, so if there are no actual problems with the site, then you shouldn’t have to do anything.

Thanks for that. The footer and socket are displaying fine on my end both when logged in and out. Did you try loading the site in an incognito or private browser window? If it still should not work after that, then please let us know how to reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end.

It doesn’t look to be coming from the theme, maybe it’s added in the WordPress customiser?
