Adding a video to your site will of course slow it down, but you can try one or more of these plugins:

You are using a fairly old version of the theme, 2.9.2 and the latest version of the theme is 3.3.2. You have a Quick CSS field under Enfold–>General Styling at the bottom of the page. You should really consider doing the appropriate changes so that you can update the theme, otherwise you are running the risk of it not being compatible with newer versions of WordPress.

Just to be clear, you mean the one reading “RESERVEREN KLIK HIER”, correct? It works fine on my end using iphone4/chrome. On what device/browser are you having problems?

You will have to move your customisations to the child theme, but only if you’ve made them to core files, CSS in Quick CSS will still be safe. You will have to do this at some point anyway since your customisation will be overwritten on updates otherwise.
I’m not sure what you mean by it not being visible, did you add any content to it?

I’m not sure I understand what you mean by that, I can see all menu items and no black triangles on my end using iphone4/chrome. Could you post a screenshot of what you are seeing please? Make sure you flush your browser cache and reload a few times.

I couldn’t see any problem with the backend for the obvious reason, it’s not loading. I added a test page (Kriesi test) and added a text block with an h4 inside of it but it seems to be working fine, what other steps would be needed to reproduce the issue?

Here’s what I’m seeing on my end: http://imgur.com/ar1oqEp. Looks to be loading fine except the slider or image you have there at the top. You are most likely getting cached results due to your caching plugins, please try to delete the cache and disable the plugin to see if that helps.

Try activating debug mode: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/ in order to display shortcode. You can then design your elements in a page and then copy the shortcode to a text widget in your footer.

I’m not sure what you mean by that, did a developer change something in the theme so that you can’t update? Please try to create a child theme: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/create-a-child-theme/. We might need a temporary admin login as well, you can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

You can’t use the Layer Slider in a setup like that unfortunately, but you can could try the Easy Slider. Please link to the site in question if you should have any more questions or problems.
