Hi,

If you are not using a child theme I would recommend you start doing so since you will lose your customisations on updates: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/create-a-child-theme/

Hi,

That is also the default behaviour, using the ALB for posts will make the post act like a page, all the regular formatting of a post will be gone and you will have to set them manually. The post format will also be removed like you noticed. Please use the default editor instead, you can still use elements from the builder using the Magic Wand tool (last icon on top row): http://imgur.com/GReRtrs

Hi Rainer,

I don’t have an ipad air myself but I’ve asked the rest of the team to take a look. It’s likely an issue with that particular machine, probably memory, if it works on all other platforms and even on other ipads.

Hi,

I’m not sure what could have gone wrong there, but nothing has been removed in the theme itself though. Did you use the Avia Layout Builder to create some of your posts? If so the behaviour is expected, when using the builder you have to manually add the excerpt to the post. Not sure how many posts you have but I think your safest bet is to go back and edit them manually.

Hi Jakerevans,

I’m guessing that happened after a WordPress update? A few versions ago they changed the handling of Widgets for security reasons, that is most likely what caused your problem.

What gallery are you using? Unless you have a plugin there shouldn’t be any compression to images when uploading them. Please post a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look.

You can use the same code I posted before and just replace the IDs, if you should have problems then please point out the relevant sections and which one you want to hide/show for mobile.
