RikardHi,
Are you sure you have tried deactivating all plugin and overwriting the theme? Those are the only two suggestion I could give you at this point.
Best regards,

RikardHi,
You are using a very old version of the theme, please try to update to the latest version (3.3.2). http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

RikardHi ilkbaharkunduzu,
1. It’s not automatic.
2. Maybe this thread could give you some guidance? http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-disable-automatic-updates-in-wordpress/

RikardHi,
Try this CSS inline in the spans with text:
vertical-align: bottom !important;<span style="vertical-align: bottom !important;">Your text</span>Thanks,

RikardOctober 27, 2015 at 5:11 am in reply to: Enfold Theme bringt Safari (und auch Chrome) auf dem iPad Air zum Absturz… #525311Hi Rainer,
I checked the specs and yes, the have the same amount of ram, 1gb, but it seems to be different kinds of ram. Not sure if that is the difference causing the error though. There’s not much we can do about this from our end though, of course we want to the theme and the pages/posts they render to be as light as possible, but the end result is ultimately up to the user to create, and if a certain machine cannot handle that there’s not much we can do unfortunately.
Regards,
RikardHi unicaweb,
Not sure I understand what you mean by that, could you explain a bit further or post a screenshot of what you would like to hide please? Do you want to hide it on the page you linked only?
Regards,
RikardHi Andrea,
Great, please let us know if you should need any more help on the topic.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
I toggled the slider a few times and saved and it looks to be working now. Please clear your browser cache and reload a few times if you should not see it.
Regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this instead:
.add-request-quote-button { background-color:red !important; }Thanks,

Are you sure that was us, not sure what the point would be to add items to navigation when editing a table?
Regards,
RikardHi,
How do you want to change the tables? Could you post a screenshot highlighting your intentions please? If you want to disable comments you can have a look at a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-comments/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
If you go to Enfold–>Social Profiles and select the email icon you can fill out the email in the URL field:

RikardHi,
I’m not 100% sure I understand what you mean but I’m guessing the site you linked is not yours? It looks like they are using a plugin or custom solution there but maybe you could have a look at the Masonry element to see if that is something you like?

RikardOctober 27, 2015 at 3:35 am in reply to: Strange behaviour with button in grid row (only on tablet) #525284Hi,
Thanks for the login. I’m not sure what’s going wrong there and it’s very difficult to find out since it’s not reproducible in a regular browser meaning we can’t inspect the elements. I added a Color Section under the problem section with the same content and both buttons start to work(?!), would you consider to maybe go with that alternative instead? We can help you out with any custom styling you might want to apply.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
That would take a lot of customisations unless maybe you can find a plugin or code to do it for you?
Thanks,
RikardHi Mazyad,
Sorry for the late reply. Do you mean that the dropdown is showing too far to the right? Please post screenshots of the problem if I’ve misunderstood you.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
Not sure I understand what you mean but if you remove the plugin the shortcode for that plugin will not work anymore, maybe you could look for an alternative?
Thanks,
RikardOctober 27, 2015 at 3:12 am in reply to: Enfold – right sidebar problem when iPad in portrait mode (vertical) #525274Hi MauroBricca,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
@media only screen and (min-device-width: 768px) and (max-device-width: 1024px) and (orientation: portrait) { .container { max-width: 100% !important; } #top #main .sidebar { width: 100% !important; } }Thanks,
