The code I gave you will add the code to the header and when inspecting your page I can see it inside of the head tag. I’m not sure what you mean by flashing text though?

You can start off by activating debug mode in order to see the builder shortcode: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/.
Adding a header widget might be the best solution for this: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/, you can then try to add your shortcode to the widget to see if you have any luck with it.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Do you mean that you have added CSS directly in the source code? Are you using a child theme? If not I would advise to do so, that means you won’t have problems like these in the future if you keep all your modifications to it: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/create-a-child-theme/. Maybe your could back your site up before updating so that you still have your edits locally and find out where you have added them that way.
Thanks,
RikardHi Didre,
Our support for third party plugin is limited unfortunately, not even sure if that contact for is supposed to be responsive?

RikardHi,
The details you posted previously are not working anymore, could you check? You are getting a javascript error on the page, could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Regards,
RikardHey dialedinmarketing,

The grid on your page is actually the one which already has borders and there’s not any other elements to work with, are you happy with the solution anyway?
