Not sure what went wrong in your case but saving often and checking your results is recommended, I usually publish the page myself and set it to private if I don’t want anyone to see it, you can try that to see if it works better for you. Please post login details if you should have any more problems.

Not sure if this is going to work but you could try enabling debug mode in order to display shortcode: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, and then disable JavaScript in your browser. Here a guide how to do it in Chrome: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13405383/how-to-disable-javascript-in-chrome-developer-tools. If you are able to see the shortcode you can remove the part you think is causing the issue. The builder won’t load though since it relies on JavaScript.

I’m not sure but like Andy said earlier it very much sounds like a caching problem. You mentioned that you get the error in your office, you could try to reset all routers etc. there since the caching could be coming from a device like that.

Please try only the ID you want, like Enrol, that will render properly on the frontend and you can then use http://yoursite.com/#Enrol as the anchor.
