You could try activating the mobile menu at an earlier stage, try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:

nav.main_menu {display:none !important;}

It’s very difficult to your give you any exact code if you’re working locally since we can’t inspect the element, but you should be able to control the cart icon using the following CSS:

    position: absolute;
    top: 50%;

You might have to create a new section with an image better adapted to mobile screen sizes, you can then hide/show the correct section with CSS, this might help you along the way: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/hide-menu-itemselements-on-mobile/.
