Hi,

Your pages and settings should be fine but please do a full backup of the site before to be on the safe side. You could try overwriting the theme files, it should have the same effect – overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Hi,

Thanks for the video, an error like that is likely not caused by the theme but by the the connection you’re trying to make is failing. The reasons for this could be many but it happens to me all the time while working on/browsing the net. You could contact your hosting provide about it but I don’t think there’s much they can do about it unfortunately.
