I’m not sure if it will work but you can try adding a widget to the header: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/, and then pasting the shortcode there.

Please try to deactivate debug mode in order to display shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, then try to copy/paste the shortcode to a new page to see if that helps.

I tried creating a test page but it’s not even possible to select the builder. Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. I know you said you tried that already but something is obviously wrong with your installation.

Hi,

Is WP video-uploader a plugin? I’m not familiar with that. I’m not sure how to make a video private and still viewable to the public. It’s not really a theme related issue though, maybe you could try asking the question on a general WordPress forum? I think you will get a lot better feedback and suggestions there.

I’m not sure how that works to be honest, but you could try a plugin like this for migrating instead to see if that works better for you: WP Migrate DB https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-migrate-db/
