We’re not aware of any such plugins unfortunately, and there’s nothing like that in the theme by default. If you need this functionality, then I would advise you to use a dedicated contact form plugin instead.

There’s nothing in the theme which would block you from publishing pages, so this is likely a server problem. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider for further help please? If you should need further help from us, then please share server error logs with us.

Thanks for that. I can’t see any theme error in there, but there’s a lot of error messages coming from these plugins:
yet-another-stars-rating and accelerated-mobile-pages. What happens if you deactivate all plugins, then activate the theme?
