Hi,
I think you need to contact your hosting provider to get them to revert the site back to a time prior to your mistake, otherwise I think there’s no way of getting it back to the state before you imported the demo.
Best regards,
RikardHi sStaedtle,
Could you provide us with a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Thanks,
RikardHi,
I’m not sure, I haven’t heard of anyone else having this issue so maybe you could try contacting WooCommerce to see what they have to say about it?
Regards,
RikardHi,
I’m not sure if that would be possible but send us a link to your site and we’ll have a look.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
You can add the element you’d like to display on every page as a template and then load that template each time you create a new page.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
I’m having a bit of trouble understanding your installation since it’s in Thai, did you select to show a sidebar for the page in the Layout menu to the right in the edit screen? Not sure what that shortcode you’re using is doing but it’s not looking very good on the front-end.
Regards,
RikardHi,
You are using a very old version of the theme, 1.3.1, latest version is 3.4.7. Could you try updating please? Make sure to back your site up before updating so that you can roll back if anything should go wrong. http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

RikardHey gerardbao,
I think you will need to import any extra font you would like to use, please refer to this: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/register-additional-google-fonts-for-theme-options/

RikardHi Gavin,
You can save each item in the builder as a template by clicking the folder icon when hovering the item and then load it to every page you are looking to have it on, I’m guessing that’s what you want to do right?
Thanks,
RikardHi Ron,
Maybe I’m missing something here but you are trying to target the h3 in the seminarHeading class, correct? If so try the following CSS:
.seminarHeading h3 { color:green !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
There has been some issus with WPML under 4.4 yes, send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a look to see if there’s anything we can do.
Regards,
RikardHi,
I think you will have to use a plugin to achieve that, not sure which one to use though but you could try one of these maybe: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=library. I would recommend you use the regular WordPress functionality though.

I couldn’t see a grey background in your pre-loader, in what browser are you seeing this?

RikardHi,
Very difficult to say when it’s a local problem, do you have any active plugins in the browser which might cause it maybe?
Thanks,

Try the following as well:
#header_main { border-bottom-width: 0px !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
We don’t have anything like that unfortunately, you will have to inspect the element itself to find it’s CSS class, ID or place in the DOM tree.
Best regards,
RikardHey Jet,
I’m not sure what it’s supposed to look like, could you try to explain a bit further or post screenshots of the issue please? Also include admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Regards,
RikardHi mdxclr,
I’ve never tried that out myself, what would be the point of changing the name of that file?

RikardHi,
Not sure why but your front-end is not loading for me, I’ve asked the rest of the team to take a look as well. Hopefully it’s only on my end.
Best regards,

Hi,
I still haven’t heard of any “final decision” from our end but as soon as we get a clear message from Envato what the rules will be we can hopefully give you one.
Merry Christmas!
RikardHey Scott,
That can’t be done using the builder alone unfortunately, but we can try to help you out with some custom CSS. Send us admin login details in private and we’ll have a closer look.
Thanks,
Rikard -
