About the menu, it looks like it has a white background on my end, maybe you managed to get that fixed as well? If not then please try to explain a bit further.

You can add a color section under your slider and add the widget to it and give it a custom ID like mobile-widget

You can then show it on mobile only using the following CSS:

@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) {
#mobile-widget {
display:none !important;
}
}

I don’t think there’s an easier solution for this unfortunately, and like you say, using the builder class is not optimal. Maybe you could try child selectors instead? https://css-tricks.com/how-nth-child-works/

Your frontend seems to match the settings you have in the theme options on my end, please see screenshot in private. If you don’t see what I see then please try to clear your browser cache and reload a few times or try a different browser or machine.
