I’m not sure what you mean by that, could you try to explain a bit further please? Screenshots might help as well. Send us a temporary admin login in private so that we can have a closer look. You might want to consider an alternative plugin if it’s not working with the theme.

It’s most likely due to caching if it works on one and not the other, please try to flush your browser cache and restart it to see if that helps.

Did you do any customisations to the theme at all? You could try to deactivate all plugins to see if there is a conflict somewhere.

Hi Joe,

What device are you able to autoplay videos on? As far as I know it’s disabled on Apple devices and that is one of the reasons it’s disabled.

As far as I know there’s no way of doing that, you would have to build it manually if you want videos instead of the featured image above the text.
