Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling to activate the mobile menu earlier:

Try enabling debug mode in order to display shortcode: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/. You can then copy/paste the shortcode you want into your 1/2 elements.
