Hi,
Could you provide us with a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Thanks,
RikardHi comelen,
I couldn’t see anything like that on my end, could you post a screenshot of the problem please?
Regards,
RikardHi Viramedia,
I’m not sure I understand what you are referring to, but if you use a 1/1 element it will use the width set under Enfold–>Dimensions. Please post admin login details in private if you should have any further problems.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
Details are not working for me unfortunately, could you check please? Please post them in your other thread as well.
Regards,
RikardHi,
You will need to post admin login details in private for us to log in to your installation, I think following my previous post will be easier though :-)
Thanks,
RikardHey Rapsodoc,
I’m not sure I understand what you are trying to do there, could you post a screenshot highlighting your intentions please?
Thanks,

RikardFebruary 25, 2016 at 6:14 am in reply to: Haven't received Enfold Update notification since 3.1.3 #588765Hey harveyparkel,
Please try the following plugin to clear WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/. If that doesn’t work then please update manually: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Regards,
RikardHi huckle,
That is the default behaviour when using the ALB for posts, it will act like a page instead of a post. You will have add the “regular” item manually through the builder or simply switch to the default editor before saving.

Please try the following: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/. We can help you with styling once you’ve added the widget.

RikardFebruary 25, 2016 at 5:59 am in reply to: How to center a partial-width column in Avia layout builder #588759Hi,
You would need to add this to the custom CSS field: custom_class
If you should have further problems then please post admin login details in private and we’ll have a closer look.
Thanks,
RikardHi,

RikardHey ronduring,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
.avia_mega_div { border-bottom:2px solid #FBA819 !important; border-left:2px solid #FBA819 !important; border-right:2px solid #FBA819 !important; }Regards,
RikardHi eviang,
It displays full width covering the whole container on my end using latest version of Chrome, could you try clearing your cache and reload a few times to see if helps please?
Regards,
RikardHey Marcel,
I’m not familiar with any solutions like that but you could try searching for it, I think you will find something. There might be plugins out there adding that functionality as well.
Thanks,

RikardFebruary 25, 2016 at 5:23 am in reply to: Image element – link to open on a new window (for PDF file) is not working #588741Hi,
If you want to use the builder I would recommend you style the content you would like and then save it as a template, you can then load that template each time you want that content to show. Otherwise you would have to add your content to footer.php in your child theme. The footer wrapper starts at line 26.
Thanks,
