Hi,

It has nothing to do with theme, you need to use FTP software like FileZilla: https://filezilla-project.org/. Log in using your FTP details which can be provided to you by your host. Then navigate to the root folder of your WordPress installation and upload the file there. Your hosting provider should be able to help you out with this if you should not be able to do this yourself.

Unfortunately not, it’s local caching on individual browsers/machines and it’s nothing we have any control over. But it’s fairly easy to clear your browser cache and your builder should work after that. Sorry for the problems.

Hi peanuttario,

Find the id of the menu item by inspecting it in your browser, then wrap your code in this media query:
```
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) {
id of your menu item {
display:none !important;
}
}
```
If you can’t do this yourself then link to your site and explain what menu item your would like to hide on desktop.
