Hey calvary21concepts,
Through what tool are you seeing those results? The theme uses Javascript and it’s there for a reason, if you are already minifying your resources I think that should be enough.
Regards,
RikardHi,
I’m not sure if there’s an easy way to achieve that, I think you will have to find a plugin to be honest. Send us a link to your site so that we can have a closer look.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the details. Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?
Regards,
RikardHi wietsketammes,
When a video or image is used as a background for an element it works a bit differently, on normal images you can right click and select Save Image As for instance, with background images you cannot do that and it’s the same for videos. The controls won’t be visible. Since the background is set to cover its containing element there will be some loss of data on certain screen sizes, it’s unfortunately very difficult to avoid this.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You are getting a bunch of errors on the backend, please try to disable all plugins since one of them is likely causing a conflict:

RikardHi Pete,
Not sure I understand what you mean by that, the DB table you are referring to looks to be a Contact Form 7 field?

RikardHey kkwasniewski,

RikardHi Ryan,
There might be but I think it would be marginal, you can try a minify plugin to see if you see any improvements: https://wordpress.org/plugins/bwp-minify/

Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Could you try to delete the plugin via FTP? http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/managing-files/how-to-delete-a-file. The plugin folder is located inside the wp-content folder of your installation.

RikardHi,
Overwriting the theme files should have the same effect as reinstalling it, but I guess you could try deleting the theme and uploading it again. Or maybe you tried already?
Thanks,
RikardHi,
No we are not sure, that is why we asked you to contact the hosting provide to see if they might have any input on the matter. They can see what is going wrong on their servers so they’re in a better position to give you a more accurate answer.
Thanks,
RikardHey Draidel,
Could you try increasing WordPress PHP memory to see if that helps? http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

RikardHi,
The CSS I gave you is working and is active on the page, please try to explain a bit further what you would like to achieve. A screenshot might help.

RikardHi,
500mb is quite big, I would recommend you to ask your hosting company for help on this matter as it’s not really our area of expertise. They will be able to help you out with your problem.

RikardHey mcraig77,
Sorry for the late reply, the only thing you can do to make it bigger is to make the containing element bigger. You can try something like this in Quick CSS:
#sub_menu1 { min-height: 100px !important; }Not sure if that is what you are looking for. If not then please try to explain a bit further and/or post a screenshot of the result you are looking for.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. That is the default look of the WordPress media player and I’m not sure if there is a way around it unfortunately. You could try uploading your videos to a service like Youtube or Vimeo instead, loading times should be faster if you do so I would actually recommend you go for that option instead of using self hosting.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. Not sure what you mean by your last reply, are you looking to hide the top bar on this page (private)? Looks like you managed to do it already?
Thanks,
RikardHi,
