You have open html markup in your content:

You need to close all tags properly, like so:

```
If not, it will break the layout builder.

Hi,

We can see that the theme settings are not applying, so you won’t have to send us anything. We’re not sure why they are not applying though, but we did find an invalid hex code which we corrected, but that didn’t change anything unfortunately. If you want to go through your settings, then please check for any colour which is not following the correct hex code:

#111aaa
```
It should start with a hash sign, then be followed by 6 digits or numbers.

Hi,

You might have to use a different, smaller image for smaller screen sizes, then place the CSS inside of a media query:
```
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
  Your mobile styling goes here
}
```

Hey guylene1,

I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (7.1.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 7.1.1 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or upload the theme as if it was new under Appearance->Themes->Add New Theme.
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

There is nothing in the theme which would delay publishing of posts, so it’s likely not theme related. What happens if you temporarily deactivate the active caching solutions, and try again?

A theme license is valid for a single domain, including sub domains. So no, you can use the same license for your new site.

Thanks for that. What you are looking to achieve should be possible with custom CSS, but there are no elements in the theme which would create that by default unfortunately.
