Do you have a staging site on the hosting account in question? If so, then try adding a new site and upload a fresh copy of the theme to see what happens then.

Thanks for the update. This does not seem to be theme related, since the error is coming from core WordPress files, it looks like the it’s not present on all pages though? I checked the blog page, and it doesn’t look to be present there?

That doesn’t seem possible on your installation unfortunately, why exactly that is I cannot say unfortunately. One option is to import the demo on a local or staging installation, then to migrate that site to your live site using a migration plugin. If that is not an option for you, then the content would have to be added manually.
