Hi Elad,
Thanks for the feedback, though I’m not sure I understand what you are looking to achieve there. I think your logo looks very good like it is now :)
Could you post a screenshot highlighting your intentions maybe?Best regards,
RikardHey bremerlloyd,
Could you post a link to the page in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Antonio,
Thanks for the login details. I’m not sure what version of the theme you are running since you have change the name of it, though it seems like you are running 4.1.1? If so, could you try to update to the latest version which is 4.2 please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. Also please make sure to clear the cache from your caching plugin after you update.
Best regards,
RikardHi Nik,
Sorry for the late reply, we’ve been busy with the new release. Thanks for the login details, though your site is not loading on my end. I get the error message in private. Could you check and make sure your site is online please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the details, though they are not working. Could you check and verify please?

RikardHey SierraNS,
It looks like we have to be logged in to be able to see your site? If so then please post admin login details in private. Also, your screenshots are not loading, please check that as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I changed the title of your home page to My SEO title in Yoast SEO and it’s reflected on the front end of your site after saving. If you are referring to the Google SERP not updating then that takes a long time, you should give it at least a few weeks time.
Best regards,

I’m not sure I understand your problem, could you post a link to your site and point out the problem there please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
The server has a wait period of almost 2.5 seconds, indicated in yellow on the link in private. That is something we don’t have any control over, it’s something you would have to bring up with your hosting provider.

Thanks for the feedback, though I’m having problems understanding your last question. Do you want to change the breakpoint of elements? If so which ones? Please try to rephrase your question or try to explain a bit further.

Ok, thanks for the feedback. Maybe it would be easier if you sent it to them to let them do it? I guess that is what IT staff are there for :-)

Thanks for letting us know. Please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.

RikardHi Olaf,
That PHP version is a bit low, WordPress officially recommends 5.6 or higher. If you have the ability to run 7+ then I would recommend you do so since it’s much faster. If you post a link to your site then we might be able to give you some more advise.
If you want to hire someone to do it for you then I recommend that you contact a service like SteadyWP.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this under the code I sent previously. If it doesn’t work then please remove both instances of !important in both blocks of code.
.single .entry-content .wp-caption-text { font-size:12px !important; }Best regards,
RikardOctober 27, 2017 at 8:53 am in reply to: Dropdown Menu in Burger/Mobile Menu Navigation not working #869470Hi,
We released version 4.2 of the theme earlier this week. Did you update to that? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardHey pantoni,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.current-menu-item .avia-menu-text { color:red !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi ofekw,
Please open your own topics in the future. What part on your site you want to center exactly? If you are referring to the lists you have on your page the I would suggest that you don’t try to center them as lists don’t tend to look good centered.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
What kind of trouble are you referring to? Like with all updates; WordPress, themes, plugins etc., you should always perform them on a staging site first to avoid any problems with your production site.
If you should need help with a staging site or maintaining your site then I would recommend that you contact a service like SteadyWP.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You could try to activate the custom css field for all builder elements: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/, then give your elements a class, for instance my-header-class. Then you can use CSS like this in Quick CSS:
.my-header-class { margin-top:-20px; }Best regards,
RikardHey Sal,
You can use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-comments/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I’m not sure why you think it’s not user friendly? Placing in the left would likely interfere with your logo?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
