I’m not sure I understand what you mean, but the page you linked to looks to be full width and sidebars won’t show to the left or right if you are using full width elements. If that is not what you are referring to then please try to explain a bit further.

Thanks for the login details. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

If that doesn’t help then please point out the page where we can see the problem in question.

Did you try to update all plugins and WordPress? I see you have one of these plugins already, but you could try the other one as well:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/query-monitor/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/p3-profiler/

That should tell you what is consuming all your resources.

I’m not sure to be honest with you, but I don’t think that comes by default in WooCommerce. Did you try searching for a plugin or did you ask the same question on a WooCommerce forum? I think you will likely get better answers on a different platform.
