Hi,
Thanks for the feedback and sorry for the trouble, please try this CSS instead:
.av-burger-overlay { opacity:1 !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the screenshot, though it’s very difficult to say why that is happening. I’ve never heard of a problem like that before to be honest. Are you sure that it’s not local to your browser? You could try to reproduce the error in another browser to see if that is the case or not. Also, if it’s happening with another theme active then it’s likely not a theme issue.
Best regards,

RikardHey navindesigns,
I’m sure it’s possible but there is nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately. It’s not the same, but did you check out the Team Member element in the layout builder?
Best regards,
RikardHey d-mosseri,
When you save something as a template then you can find it under the Templates button at the top right hand side of the builder window, could you check there please?
About your menu, did you try changing it under Enfold->Advanced Styling?
Best regards,
RikardHey magnusf2,
That is because you have used Color Section elements which are full width elements, could you try a 1/1 element instead for instance?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’ll go ahead and close the thread then. Please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.

RikardHi,
I’m sorry but we actually don’t have any copies left of that theme, I think it would be better if you went for a more modern theme like Enfold to be honest with you.

The version of PHP which Victoria recommended is the minimum recommended to run WordPress itself on, I’m not sure which version you are running, but upgrading to 5.6 or higher is the first step I would take. Could you try that out please? If this was a general problem with the theme, all of our customers would have this problem, but that is not the case, so it must be something local to your environment.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, I get the same problem on my end. I copied your text into a new text block and used the image in an image element instead, and everything seems to be working as it should now. Could you verify please?

RikardHi,
I can see a big empty white space on my end, I’m guessing that is what you are referring to? It’s loading anything though. Maybe a screenshot of the element would help us understand what you are referring to?
Best regards,
RikardHi Ed,
Since you are loading that element first on the page, I don’t think lazy load will do much good anyway to be honest, since it will load directly. The size of the page won’t be smaller in reality either, since it will load at the same size when it’s in view.

RikardJanuary 7, 2018 at 5:46 am in reply to: Two sidebars show up even though I'm only using one? #894292Hi,
Thanks for that, I think the problem is the Displayed Everywhere sidebar. That will, like the name indicates, be displayed everywhere. We can give you CSS to hide it on that particular page though?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, login details are working now. Though I’m not sure I understand exactly what you are looking to change? Also, since you’re only using one image, maybe it would be better to use a Color Section element and set the image as a background to it? That should give you more options for setting the correct height.
Best regards,
RikardHi Hanne,
Great, glad you found a solution and thanks for sharing. I’ll close this thread for now.

RikardHey vitalcode,
Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please? If that is not the case then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Yes there is, but you will lose all your changes when updating, so I would recommend that you use a child theme. What exactly are you having problems with? You can download a basic child theme here: kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/downloads/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.av-burger-overlay-scroll { background-color: white !important; } .av-hamburger-inner:before { backgroundcolor:blue !important }Best regards,
RikardHey zohar2014,
Could you post a link to where we can inspect those elements please?
Best regards,
RikardHey cnormies,
So I’m guessing this happened after you transferred the site using a plugin or some sort? Did you try to transfer it again and double check all the settings?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I can’t see any login details in the thread, maybe that’s what went wrong? Please post the login details in the Private Content box so that all moderators can access it. Also please point out where we can reproduce the error you’re referring to.

Thanks again for helping out @digitalessence, much appreciated :-)
Chrome is my go-to browser as well for development, though the new versions of Opera and Firefox dev edition are equally good in my opinion. I just comes down to what you are comfortable with I guess.
