Hi,

Thanks for the login details, you have no content in the Grid Row, I think that’s why nothing is showing. Could you try adding some content to it to see if that will work please?

Hi monalp,

That is the way it’s supposed to work, if you load a template then that content will replace your existing ones. If you want to copy/paste shortcodes then you can activate debug mode: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback, I think it’s because you are using a Grid Row for your layout, could you try the regular 2/3 + 1/3 elements instead please?

I don’t know to be honest, but there must be something different on that server since it’s working on your test installations. Could you try contacting your hosting provider to see if they know why the server is responding with 404 errors on those files maybe?

When you are adding the image from the Gallery, are you checking which resolution you are using in the option on the right hand side of the screen when you are selecting the image?
