Hey redeggmarketing,

I’ve never heard of that slider before to be honest. There are plenty of sliders included in the theme though, would you be able to use one of those instead maybe?

Hey sikkertbilsalg,

Do you mean the first section on the page? If so, it looks alright on my end. I think the easiest way for you to have a different layout on mobile would be to duplicate the element and then select to hide it on all screens except mobile.

Thanks for the login details. I created a test page and activating the Layout Builder seems to work just fine, please see private. Did you try clearing your browser cache and reload or try a different browser?

Hi Lin,

It’s very difficult to say since the server error you are getting is very general, it basically just means that something went wrong. Could you check the server logs for any clues maybe? If you don’t have access to them then your hosting provider should be able to send them to you.

Hey kasia80,

1. There isn’t any options for that, though you can use CSS to accomplish that. Please refer to this to be able to assign CSS classes to your elements: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/

2. You can use a Color Section element and set the background image to it, then have the header transparent.

3. You can set backgrounds to most areas under Enfold->General Styling.

Thanks a lot for the video. I get the same problem on my end, though I’m not sure why that is happening. Could you try to activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, then copy all the shortcodes to a new page to see if that helps please?

Hi,

Sorry about that, I did try that now and I get the same error that you described earlier. The preview doesn’t change when Get is in there, and the builder just spins after saving the page. We actually have seen this happen before, I’m not sure if the word was get that time though.

Could you try to activate debug mode in order to see shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, then copy all of the shortcode to a new page to see if that helps?
