Hi,
Thank for the feedback, you are getting some error messages on the page and it looks to be related to the anchors you are using. It might be because of the german ü, could you try to change that to the regular u to see if that is the case please?

RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback, that is not working on my end either. Did you try disabling all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from one of them?
You could also try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

You can add widgets to the header as well: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
No it’s not a known issue, it’s local to your setup. I can’t see anything wrong with the CSS on your site, could you please try to specify the problem a bit more?
Best regards,
RikardHey tameraslan,
I’m not sure how you would go about that, maybe you could try posting your question on a general web development forum instead?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this instead:
@media only screen and (max-width: 768px) { .responsive .phone-info { width: 100% !important; text-align: left !important; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHey prettyfish,
Please refer to this reply: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/full-list-of-image-dimensions-for-enfold/#post-373563
Best regards,
RikardHi Diana,
You are targeting something which doesn’t exist in the DOM tree, try this instead:
#menu-item-379 .avia-menu-text:hover, #menu-item-379 .avia-menu-text:active { color:#53284f !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi Peder,
I can give you the shortcodes for that page if you want to import it to see exactly how it’s done? You will need to activate debug mode first to be able to add shortcodes though: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/. Please link directly to the demo page you want to import as well :-)
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, though it looks like you one have 1 column right now? Could you set it to 2 columns under Enfold->Footer?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.home #avia-menu .avia-menu-text { color:#eee; }Best regards,
RikardHi iveyeng,
Please open a new thread and include admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHi snitt,
I deactivated all your plugins and the widgets are now working, please check your site. You can reactivate them one by one to see which one is causing the problems.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the screenshot, which plugin are you using to select those conditions?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Let’s stick to your first problem first, please try this in Quick CSS to move the menu over to the right on mobile:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .av-main-nav-wrap { float: right !important; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, glad you found that out, this is basically the same but can sometimes be better to use than an actual blank space:
<i class=”fa fa-youtube”>& n b s p ;</i>Just remove the blank space between the characters, it’s basically the same thing as what you did though :-)
Best regards,

January 22, 2018 at 3:36 pm in reply to: Website description not showing up in google search #900836Hey Colferg,
That is not really up to decide, it’s up to the search engine in question. It usually takes a long time, at least a few weeks, for your site to start ranking or being indexed. Did you add the site in question to your Google Webmaster Tools? You should be able to request indexing there.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, though your site is not loading on my end. Not sure why though?
Best regards,
RikardHey TimPferdekaemper,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .post-title a { font-size:16px !important; } }Best regards,

Hi,
Great, glad you found that option and thanks for sharing :-)
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback, I’m not sure how that relates to our theme though since you are not using the Layout builder? Your images are showing when I preview the page, isn’t that enough?

You don’t need to send a screenshot, I can send you one instead. Please see private.
Best regards,
RikardHi Andy,
Great, glad you got everything sorted with the purchase.
About the problem on the site, we can continue in the this thread or you can start a new one, it’s up to you really. But we need a bit more context to be able to help you out. Which buttons are not working exactly? Did you check the settings for them on the backend? We will likely need access to have a look at the backend so please include admin login details in private.
Best regards,
RikardHey LucianaGraphic,
Thanks for the login details, though I couldn’t see any problems on my end, the builder is loading as it should. I can see that your child theme is not active though, does the problem occur when activating the child theme?
Best regards,
RikardHey navindesigns,
If you activate custom CSS for all builder elements: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/, then you can give those text blocks a class, for instance below-image. Then you can use this in Quick CSS:
.below-image { padding:15px !important; }Best regards,
RikardJanuary 22, 2018 at 6:39 am in reply to: Enfold 4.2 update caused missing Mobile menu (Plugin issue) #900638Hi Colin,
You can use the Navigation Menu widget for instance? You can simply drag and drop that to a sidebar or use it inside of a Widget Area element in the Layout Builder. You can create new menus under Appearance->Menus.
I’m not sure what requirements you have though, so if you should need any further help then please post a link to your site and point out the menus there.
Best regards,
