Hi,
Thanks for the update. Please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
Best regards,
RikardHey Gianluca,
Do you mean that you want the regular table styling, but it’s not there on the page that you linked to?
Best regards,
RikardHey MAJO_Agency,
Did you design your blog page yourself using the Layout Builder? If so, then the theme settings will have no effect on that. If you need further help, then please post links to where we can see the problems that you are having.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You can change them under Appearance->Menus. If you don’t see the text in question, then activate the Description field under Screen Options in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Best regards,
RikardHey Snerp,
It’s possible to update, but I would suggest that you keep backups of the old site before updating anything.

RikardApril 8, 2025 at 9:39 am in reply to: Technical request regarding ThemeForest theme and OVH hosting #1480986Hey Assous Nathaiie,
I’m not sure that I fully understand your request, is the problem that you are not able to import a demo? If so, then that is a known problem with OVH hosting, the demo import will not work. You would have to import the demo to a local or test site, then migrate the site to your OVH hosting site. You could also copy/paste the content shortcodes.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
If you want the strong tag styling to apply, then you cannot add spans with inline styling inside of the tags like you are doing here:
Try removing the span tags to see what happens then.
Best regards,
RikardHey Tanja,
The link attribute is where you add the URL:
link='manually,https://test.com'
The link target attribute is where you set if you want the link to open in a new tab:
link_target='_blank'
If not, then leave it empty.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Your site seems to be down at the moment, please let us know when it’s up again. Also, do you have any server side caching active?

Did you check the ID in the single toggles? If you need further help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

RikardApril 5, 2025 at 10:05 am in reply to: Display issue on select pages of website – showing as html #1480813Hi,
Thanks for the update. This problem is very likely caching related, please try deactivating your caching plugin and check the results. Also remember to clear your local browser cache, or check in a private/incognito browser window.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHey visualartspassage,
Thanks for the login details. What exactly are you looking to change and how?
Best regards,
RikardHey Christian,
We cannot help out with third party plugins unfortunately, please try reaching out directly to their support instead. Please note that search engine result pages takes a long time to update, so if you have made changes recently then please give it some time to be indexed and updated.

RikardApril 5, 2025 at 9:55 am in reply to: HTML markup error, after the latest Enfold 7 and 7.1 update #1480809Hi,
I’m not sure exactly how this problem can be reproduced, but if your markup is closed properly then the preview should be available for you.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
If you are looking to change the menu text while the transparent header is active, then that can be set under Enfold->Theme Options->Transparency Options.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHey Heiko,
You can set the video as a background in a Color Section element. There is no element to place an image like that, but we can help you out with custom CSS if you create a test page somewhere.
Best regards,
RikardHey Ad-Min747,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#footer-page a { text-decoration: none; }
Demo import: it’s not possible to import demos when using OVH unfortunately. Please try importing the demo on a site using different hosting, or on a local site. You can then export the theme settings in the theme options. The content can be transferred by copying shortcodes, which can be displayed by activating debug mode under Enfold->Layout Builder->Show Advanced Options. You should also be able to use a plugin which will duplicate/transfer your site from one place to another.

Thanks for the update. So this problem only happens in Safari 18.4?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#footer .avia-svg-icon { height: 2em; width: 2em; }

RikardApril 4, 2025 at 1:01 pm in reply to: Display issue on select pages of website – showing as html #1480768Hi,
Thanks for that. I checked the About and the FAQ pages but I can’t see any problems with them. Did you try temporarily disabling your caching plugin? Note that the theme won’t randomly load or not load style sheets.
Best regards,
RikardHey olivierlawrence403,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#footer .widget { margin: 0; }

RikardHey benaiah1,
It sounds like the theme is not properly installed, please try uploading it again.

RikardHey melanie308,
When setting background images to cover the containing element, then some loss of image data is inevitable unfortunately.
