Hi,
Yes you should be able to get a sidebar into that template: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/get_sidebar/, though I would suggest that you set that in the Layout menu on each page instead.
Best regards,

RikardApril 12, 2018 at 1:35 pm in reply to: Issue with Sidebar being pushed to the bottom of page #940921Hi,
The element you pointed out is full width, the content is within the container width, but the element itself is full width.
If you want to nest element then you can enable debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes, you can then nest the shortcodes as you please: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

RikardHi Susie,
What version of PHP are you running on the server? What did your hosting provider say was the exact problem? Did you try to completely remove the theme from the server and upload a fresh copy via FTP? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardHey ThomasWitzany,
It should not be changed no, but please make sure to have proper backups before you update anything. You could also export your theme settings using the theme options and store it locally along with your CSS, just in case something should go wrong.

Sorry for the problems, could you try to completely delete the theme from the server and then upload a fresh copy of the theme via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

RikardHi,
I’m not all that familiar with Polylang, but I’m guessing they should have conditionals for checking the activate language? https://polylang.wordpress.com/documentation/documentation-for-developers/functions-reference/
Best regards,
RikardHey dcashion,
Thanks for that. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.6) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardHi M_AVT,
I’m not sure if you managed to get your problems solved or not?
Thanks @guenni007 for helping out :-)
Best regards,
RikardHey Kim,
You don’t need to activate it if you are using the bundled version, the theme purchase code won’t work to activate LayerSlider.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback, though your request is somewhat out of the ordinary. Most people actually wants their own menu in order to be in complete control of it. You can change the behaviour you are referring to under Enfold->Advanced Styling.

Thanks for the feedback, please let us know when you have something to show us. It would be great if you have something to show how it should look like as well.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback. We don’t want to play any blame games, we want to solve your problem, but this is not something I have seen before. If it was theme related or a general problem in the theme, we would obviously have been flooded with customers stating the same thing. That is not the case so it leads me to believe that this is something local to your site.
The possible culprits here are either your server environment, plugins or your theme. A combination or those would be more likely though. Since we haven’t seen this before and I can’t see any error messages on the page accept the obvious “error” text, then I think we will have to start with some general debugging, for instance:
Try to deactivate all plugins to see if that helps. If not, then please try to overwrite all theme files with a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. If that doesn’t help either then you could try to recreate one of your portfolio items to see if the behaviour is the same on new ones.
A clue; after clicking on any of the items the URL looks like this:
https://yoursite.com//portfolio-item/logofolioNote the extra forward slash after the top domain.
Best regards,
RikardHi Paul,

RikardHi,
Ok, thanks for the feedback. I think it’s your content which is crashing the widget in some way, since all the other widget seems to be working as they should. Could you try to delete and recreate it to see if it behaves in the same way? Before that you could try the custom html widget with some simple markup in it to see if’s actual working or not.
Best regards,
Rikard -
