Haha, you’re right. At the end of the day, it’s usually Google resources which those tools tend to complain about. Unfortunately, those resources are very hard to cache or have any sort of control of unfortunately. This plugins might help you out with some of your issues though? https://wordpress.org/plugins/clearfy/

I’m not sure why that would be, but I’m pretty sure it’s due to caching and/or minification though. It’s loading fine on my end now, so I’m guessing you have the plugins turned off?

The footer is going to populate the space below your content, and since you don’t have a lot of content then it will look like that. Are you only going to have that little content on the page?

I checked the link to Google PSI but I couldn’t see anything about the actual speed in there?

Sorry for the problems. Completely deleting the theme and re-uploading it is likely the fastest and easiest solution you can try for yourself, could you try it out please? Make sure to have proper backups of your site before attempting this in case something should go wrong.
