The theme settings for the strong tag will not affect other tags nested within it, like a span tag, which is where your content is placed and where inline styling also has been added. If you want to target span tags nested in strong tags, then you will have to use custom CSS:

strong span {
  color: red !important;
}

I would advice that you don’t copy content from sources that adds styling in the future.

This is not a known issue. Try turning off file compression in the theme, and activate the option to delete old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance to see if that helps.

Maybe you have added that using the default WordPress editor while using the Text Block element? If so, then you can simply change it back using the same editor. You can also click the Text tab in editor, there you can manually remove the span tag.
