    Hi Rikard,

I have already tested by replicating the whole page – https://www.repsholdings.com.sg/selling-your-policy/ from https://www.repsholdings.com.sg/policyholders-selling-policy/
Apparently, the form in the code block is causing this issue. But previously, the form is able to integrate into the tab section.
    Please advise on this.

    Regards,
    Berlinda

    Hi Rikard,

I have already done that before seeking help here. There isn’t any issues with the plugins. If it is plugins causing the problem, this page (https://www.repsholdings.com.sg/for-financial-advisers/) should not display correctly as well since it is using the same tab section in layout elements.

    Regards,
    Berlinda

    Hi Rikard,

There is another issue. The Page ‘Policyholders Selling Policy’ doesn’t seems to display as it should be.
Please refer to Point 1 to 5 – This is the content inside and what it should display as per saved in the page.

But then when view in browser, it display differently. Some information went missing while others are shown on the wrong tab section. URL: https://www.repsholdings.com.sg/policyholders-selling-policy/ – Please refer to point 6 to 10

    Regards,

    Hi Ismael,

Thank you for the help. Found out that its layout was affected due to Rank Math.

    Hi Rikard,

Thank you so much. That helps a lot! On the other hand, please refer to the image link below.
The menu bar icon cannot be seen at the top right corner. How do I change the icon colour?

    Sincerely,
    Berlinda

    Hi Rikard,
Thank you very much for the explanation. It was very helpful! I’m still having issue with the counter. Can you explain further on how am I able to get it displaying correctly in mobile version? Please see the screen shot of homepage below. URL under https://repsholdings.com.sg/

    Hi Rikard,

I’m trying to edit the function.php file as mentioned so that I can custom the URL for ‘Toggle’. As per the link you provided previously (https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/accordion/#anchor-links-to-according-tab-id-), this is what was written:
Custom tab and toggle ID’s for prettier URL hashes
Tab ID’s are used to link to a tab section and since the tab ID’s are auto-generated it is usually in the format #toggle-id-4. To change the hashtags to a more human readable and prettier hashtag, add the code below in the functions.php.
    add_theme_support(‘avia_template_builder_custom_tab_toogle_id’);
The above code will add a new field called Custom Toggle ID, in the tab content section. The Custom Toggle ID will replace the auto-generated tab ID.”

Where/which part in the function.php file do I add this line of code ‘add_theme_support(‘avia_template_builder_custom_tab_toogle_id’);’?

    Hi Rikard,

Where do I add this line ‘add_theme_support(‘avia_template_builder_custom_tab_toogle_id’);’ in the functions.php?

    Hi Rikard,

I’ve already tried but there isn’t any theme editor or editor option in the Appearance tab. If that is so, then how can I edit the function.php?

    Grateful,

    Hi Rikard,

    1) It’s the home page I’m talking about. This is in the mobile version – https://www.repsholdings.com.sg/, meaning using a mobile phone browser to visit the website’s home page. Please refer to the image below in point 1. The counter doesn’t show up correctly. It is supposed to be mobile-friendly and responsive.

    2) For the tabs in element – https://www.repsholdings.com.sg/policyholders-selling-policy/#sell-insurance-policy-for-highest-cash – How can I remove the ‘#’ in the URL? Please refer to image in point 2.

    Hi Rikard,

I noticed that during the mobile version. The counter doesn’t display correctly. Please help.

    Sincerely,
    Berlinda

    Hi Rikard!
Currently, we can increase the number of columns in Post Slider.
Can I check with you if we are able to increase the number of rows appearing in the post slider?
    Thanks,
    Berlinda

    Hi Rikard,

Thanks for resolving that as well. Please refer to the link in private.

    Hi Rikard,

Thank you for helping with all the issues so far. I still have 1 problem I’ve just encountered. The ‘Tab Section’ of the Layout Elements isn’t working properly.
There is a huge gap at the top area before the text on each alternate tab. Please refer to the video link in private. Also, I notice that I’m unable to add padding to the logo that is aligned to the Main menu bar, thus it will look like the Logo is stuck to the top of the website without any gap which makes visibility not so great.

    Hi Rikard,

Thank you for assisting but I think the LayerSlider has been resolved as well after you turned off the file compression. Is there any possible way to custom the image size shown in private?

in reply to: Image loading issues #1319615

    Hi Rikard,

Thank you for resolving the above. Meanwhile, there are other new issues I’m facing as well:
*Do note that this is based on the pre-created pages that come with the theme
    1. Toggle & Accordions is not working (When click, there is no toggling action)
    2. Layer Slider is not working also

    Sincerely,
    Berlinda

in reply to: Image loading issues #1319105

    @Rikard,
    There are a few issues:
    – I had to manually update the theme since it doesn’t auto-update itself. Please check the issue and assist on that part. (1)
    – Fullscreen slider isn’t working: Please refer to link (2)
    – Tab Section isn’t working

in reply to: Problem with Icon Box after Enfold 4.8.4 Update #1319058

@cjbuilt thanks for the update. I’m still having some issues, apparently, my version is still on 4.8.4 and unable to update to 4.8.6.2.

in reply to: Image loading issues #1318927

    Hi Rikard,
I’ve noticed from the forum that the issues I’m facing are the same with many other users. And there are many who mentioned that 4.8.3 doesn’t have these issues everyone is facing right now. Could you provide me with a copy of 4.8.3 so that I can install this previous version while waiting for fixes

in reply to: Problem with Icon Box after Enfold 4.8.4 Update #1318905

@cjbuilt Can you send me the link for the Enfold 4.8.3 as well? I tried entering your link but t says that no longer available. I’m having the same issues with everyone here as well and it’s quite frustrating since I needed to present this to my company.

in reply to: Image loading issues #1318887

    Hi Rikard,

Please do refer to the image in private. The theme is already updated and unable to further update to 4.8.6.2

    Hi Rikard,

Like I already mentioned to you, please refer to image (1) below. You are logged in to another account that isn’t our account (Circled in Blue). Please log out of that account, clear your browser cache, and then log in via our account (2). Also, is there a better form of communication so that we can perhaps share screen to rectify this issue?? E.g. Zoom? Else, we will be just stuck on login without being able to solve the main problem.

    Hi Rikard,

I think you might have entered the wrong site and account. Our account has 2 sites. One is paid business site while the other one isn’t. Please refer to the video in private. And we do not have the site stated in the image that you’ve shown. Plus, our user account doesn’t have a display picture as shown in your image on the top right. You might want to try clearing your cache and logging in using an incognito window.

in reply to: Image loading issues #1317873

Let me know if you can view these. Thanks. I’m not sure why you aren’t able to view via the original admin user login. We are using Google Chrome on our end and the errors that we uploaded are showing fine on our side. I’ve added a video to show you where the errors are and what’s going on at our end just in case, also in the google drive.
