I should have figured that out myself – no point in showing categories with no content.

After some experimentation, I had to delete and reinstall WordPress completely.

After that, I installed the Enfold theme,
followed by the Lifestyle demo,
and then the child theme.

Unfortunately, the formatting of Enfold has disappeared, making it look terrible.

I haven’t entered any own data yet, just uploaded my own logo.

What do I need to do to restore the original Enfold formatting?

Thanks for the solution.
I did the “rezip” of the enfold-child folder only with 7Zip and it worked.

How can i edit or remove the “INTERESTING LINKS” part in the left footer section.
I couldn’t find it in any of the sidemenus…

Thanks Rikard for pushing me in the right direction!!!

I have one WP-installation, but two different urls for the same site:
a) rolloapps.com/fby for the WP-files
b) besorgernavi.rolloapps.com for SEO reasons. Calls to this adress will be redirected from the server to the WP-files.

So after changing the “website url” in options-general to besorgernavi.rolloapps.com everything works normal now!

I corrected the missing login-data and tested the entrance successful with Firefox 39.0.
