I know this case is quite old, but I finally ran the Health Check troubleshooter to see which plugin was causing this issue. I re-enabled all of our plugins one by one until finding the culprit. It’s Tooltips Pro, the premium version of this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-tooltips/
Luckily, that plugin offers a setting to disable it per page when it is not needed, so I was able to disable it and restore the accordian elements and animated numbers on the page above and our referal page https://www.premierepc.net/refer
and even better is that plugin has a setting to load it’s JS in the footer rather than the header, so all conflicts are resolved.Just wanted to let you know we resolved it!
October 26, 2020 at 3:23 pm in reply to: Partner/Logo Element – Always Display Image Caption #1255731I came here searching for the same thing, so hopefully bumping this thread helps.
I ended up using a team member element to achieve a similar effect for the time being.

I’ve cleared the cache and disabled the WP-Rocket Plugin, yet the issue remains.
After clearing cache and disabling the plugin, these elements were not working even when not logged into the site (or when viewing in a private browser window, with browser cache cleared etc). However, they were working on the home page.

After viewing the page in a private browser, I think we’ve determined that the issue is only happening when logged in, which makes editing pages annoying
Can you see if you can replicate the issue after logged and viewing the page in the same browser?

Looks like it is working in Edge and Chrome, only seeing the issue in Firefox. Can you check with that browser?
Thanks Vinay, this worked
That didn’t do it either, but I was able to modify the code that Victoria provided to get it working as needed. Here is what we ended up going with.
@media only screen and (min-width:1024px){ #top .av-main-nav ul ul { left: auto; right: -250px; } }

Yes Rikard, that is correct.
Thanks Victoria, now the third level menu is no longer overlapping the second. I tried playing around with the code to get the menu to open to the right side, but could not. Is this something you can help with also? Your assistance has been greatly appreciated
Thanks folks. The fix from the other thread worked.
That’s perfect! Thanks, Victoria!
Mark this one as solved!
Hi Victoria. I’ve disabled javascript merging and it still isn’t working for me.
This reply has been marked as private.Just realized I forgot to say thanks! This was perfect.
In the future do I need to make threads as solved?
Whoops! I am sorry. I just corrected the credentials in my initial post and tested to make sure they work. Let me know what you find. Thanks for your help!
Thanks Basilis, but I am seeing the same issue with the header that I am with the color sections that I have applied the border-radius property to.
In the header, you’ll see that the background color is extending beyond the border. What gives? Is this a result of some of the other custom code I’ve placed in my child theme styles?
Mike. Thank you so much! This is very good info, probably will save me hassle on my other sites too.
5 stars. A+. Would ask for help again.
I believe I updated via FTP, and I just tried to update again via FTP and am still having the same issue. Thanks for the help, I am providing FTP credentials below
I appreciate you!
