Ismael – everything works fine even with that error or at least on the user end there are not major issues. We update via the token directly on the website when updates are available.
Günter – thank you I’ll update this thread after the next update is performed.
quick update. Your code was just used and it cleared the error immediately.
Hi guys, just updated the theme to the latest and the same php error is back.
I can attempt to implement the code you provided again but now that we know that it is only until the next update any ideas on a permanent fix?Thank you Rikard,
that’s what I’m waiting for – an update to see this in action.
Will keep you posted.Hi Ismael,
no warnings of that kind at all.
Yesterday when we implemented the code you provided we experienced a temp delay in mandrill delivery (several hours) but then it all sorted itself out and seems to be working now just fine. I still do not know if it removed the php error since there were no theme updates performed. Just an FYI.Yes we update the theme with a token. This is what is shows now:
————-
Theme Updates
No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.8.6.2)
————-Thank you for the code Ismael – I’m not sure I will see the difference that it would make until the next update because our guys had already addressed the php error. We’ve done it several times with several latest updates at this point. So we’ll use the code you provided and I will let you know if it addresses the issue once there is another update released.
This morning, we had a new error pop up. I haven’t seen this one before:
—————–
Missing Dependencies
avia_template_save_js
wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/js/avia-template-saving.js
avia_element_js (missing)
—————–Any ideas on this new one?
Thank you guys. I love the theme, it’s hands down the best we’ve ever worked with.

our developer (who sent the initial inquiry with code) has trouble implementing your child theme. It crashes the site. You’ve already read his thinking on this problem above. I know you’ve mentioned that you’ve never come across such an issue before. I’m wondering if it is because nobody else has needed a certain level or type of customization that we are doing? We have a specific module installed that does calculations of data input and then it produces the output in form of generated file. This works just fine with the main theme but crashes with the child theme. This is what we are attempting to figure out. We need the child theme because everytime the main theme is updated, the module gets removed. What I need your assistance with it to take a look at the child theme installed to see if you see anything or think of anything that could be causing the issue. Please let me know if you need any other specifications. Thank you.

Please use caution when navigating, it is a live site. I look forward to seeing what you find. Thank you very much.

January 16, 2020 at 5:57 pm in reply to: URGENT: How do I rollback to a previous version of Enfold? #1175143Thank you Barnez – that’s what I did per your suggestion – restored the theme files from a backup. Thank god for backups. It’s back to normal now.
January 16, 2020 at 4:58 pm in reply to: URGENT: How do I rollback to a previous version of Enfold? #1175116Does anyone know how to rollback? Now that the updates are via the token, I can’t seem to see how to rollback to a previous version. And it has to happen.
Hi OSLO,
I don’t see anything about tags or categories on that page? Could you please repost the link?I have same question for ‘category page’. It has an awful full text scroll layout right now and I’m struggling to make it more presentable.
Hi Jordan,
nop – this one can be closed. I’m just gonna wait on your team to handle this hopefully with the next theme update.
Thank you!
LanaHi – thank you for figuring it out. I did notice that the option was gone as soon as the wordpress update was made. Other sites were built prior to the update and seem to remain unaffected. Rolling back is not a viable option moving forward.
I tried other formats (square logos) and they seem to display decent, at least better quality and in one piece, not cut, so I’ll go with one of those logos for now while you guys correct this. Hopefully in one of the next enfold updates.
Thank you again.
Lanaforgot email in case it’s needed
Thank you Rikard.
Hi Rikard,
I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong so here’s the screenshot of the image I’m attempting to use.
I tried another image with the same result.
Am I’m missing something in header settings?September 24, 2019 at 1:52 am in reply to: Full width easy slider different results on different pages with same settings #1141173HI Rikard, it Chrome only Mac desktop
Version 77.0.3865.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)
It disappeared a few days ago so I thought you guys did something to the template but then it started stretching in height again.September 20, 2019 at 8:10 pm in reply to: Full width easy slider different results on different pages with same settings #1140328Hi, wondering if you guys had a chance to look at the issue.
September 19, 2019 at 12:06 am in reply to: Full width easy slider different results on different pages with same settings #1139753Ok, thank you. I tried removing the slider and redoing it anew to no avail. However, we just set up a new subdomain and the issue is not present there. Very puzzling.
I’m hoping you can find the issue. It seems to be present only in certain sections. Super frustrating visually.
September 16, 2019 at 4:13 pm in reply to: Full width easy slider different results on different pages with same settings #1138861This reply has been marked as private.Hi Rikard – yes it is fixed now! Thank you for pointing the update out. This was happening on one of our sites that was not yet updated because the token wasn’t there. So it’s all good now.
Thank you guys – great theme! We love it.
LanaHi Jordan, I use an ‘icon list’ within 2 identical columns, and I specify identical parameters in color setup of each icon list so they should output identical look. Anyway I can give you screenshots?
“It seems to be related to that specific demo.” – precisely my assessment. Thank you.
Have a good one Yigit, the team at kriesi.at could use more people like you.
I can now move on with my work and leave this board in peace.
LanaThank you Yigit!
So I know – was it a demo error or my installation error? -
