Thank you for your continued assistance with this matter.
As you requested, I have double-checked my system settings. (My screen resolution and my browser zoom). I have also tested on a different device with a lower screen resolution, and the issue persists.
But I’m happy to report that I’ve found a workaround for the “pages displaying smaller in scale” issue. By adjusting the Layout Dimensions section, specifically changing the Maximum Container Width from 1310px to a percentage value, I was able to achieve the desired layout and scale.I wanted to share this solution as it may be helpful for other users experiencing similar problems.

Regarding the issue, I would like the font on the site to be larger, and the empty spaces on the left and right sides to be smaller. Ideally, I want the text to span almost the entire screen, with less space on the sides.I am experiencing a similar issue with another one of your templates: “Enfold Medical” (https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-medical/).
When I view the demo on your site, it appears wider, and the fonts are larger. However, after downloading and installing it on my WordPress site, the template appears much narrower, with larger empty spaces on the sides and smaller fonts.I have attached a link to screenshots for comparison between how the template looks on your demo and how it appears on my WordPress site. You will find the link in the “Private Content” section.
Could you please advise on how I can resolve this issue?

When I view the site from my laptop, everything looks fine. However, when I view the site on a desktop monitor, the font appears small, and there are large empty spaces on the sides of the page.

Hi Mike, thanks for the answer, regarding the theme version, you mentioned that the current version is 5.7 however, when I check for updates I receive a message stating “No update available, you are running the latest version (5.0.1.)”.

Could you please provide guidance on how I can successfully update my Enfold theme to version 5.7? Are there any specific steps I need to take or any troubleshooting procedures I should follow to resolve this issue?

We followed your instructions and generated an Envato private token for our Enfold theme and successfully updated the Enfold theme on our development website to version 5.6.10 per your guidance.However, despite these actions, we are still unable to view and edit comments on our website.
Additionally, we have encountered another issue where we cannot update the theme version on our live website using the same token. (You can find a link to the screenshot in the private content.

Let me answer your questions one at a time:a) When you say that the “comments are not being received” do you mean that you are not getting the email or they are not in the comment section of WordPress?
The answer is both. We are not seeing the comment in our moderation section, AND we are not receiving an email.
b) We checked our spam folder, and it is not coming through to the spam folder.To tell you the truth, we care more about the fact we don`t see it in the moderation section of WordPress. The email we know that smtp plugin is not functioning for Contact Form 7, so we estimate it is an issue. But what is not normal not able to see the comments in the discussion section for moderation. All our research in WordPress are pointing to an issue with the theme.
For example, if you check this blog post: https://www.namtek.ca/mastering-grants-management-comprehensive-insights-from-namtek-consulting-services/ if you look at the end of the page, it shows the count of 4 comments, without displaying each one of those obviously, since they are not yet approved. However when we switch to the portal, to moderate those comments, we see NO comments to moderate.Note : we tried also by disabling Akismet without any luck.

currently one of the pages is accessible and stored in Goggle index as: http://www.site.com/blog/page_name.
After we move to the new Enfold based site, we want the same permalink to remain as we cannot afford a change in the hyperlink, since it will lower ranking.That is the concern we are looking for you advise on the best way to approach

We discovered that the AMP plugin installed on our website is causing problems with other plugins. We believe that the Enfold website template is designed to be mobile-friendly and responsive, meaning it can adjust its layout and content to fit various screen sizes and devices. Therefore, do we still need the AMP plugin? What do you suggest?Thanks, Ismael, for your reply.
We have several difficulties with the WPML plugin, which I will list below. However, the biggest problem is this:
Whenever I change content to the English version of a static page or post, the French version of that page/post changes to English. This issue sometimes occurs immediately after making the changes and sometimes later.
Moreover, I have noticed that the categories of posts are also going astray, which is causing further confusion. In the history of page changes (link to my screenshots in private content), I see that the changes were made by an “administrator” who is not listed as a user on our site. This is extremely concerning, and I would like to know what can be done to resolve this issue.
In addition, we have the following WPML issues:
1. The WPML plugin does not recognize content created with the page builder (Avia Layout Builder). WPML only translates SEO descriptions, keywords, and page titles, but it does not translate page content.
2. The plugin WPML does not work with LayerSlider. That is, the text on the banners does not change.
3. The plugin WPML does not work appropriately with reCAPTCHA (reCAPTCHA appears in French even in the English version of the page).
4. The WPML does not translate the “Mailchimp Sign-Up Form” in French.
I would appreciate any assistance you could provide in resolving this matter. Please let me know if any additional information is needed.

However, I might not have explained myself well.Currently in our “old” website we use Contact-Form-7, where our internet lead can send us notification to reach out.
An email will be triggered to the client as well to us.In the footer of the email we receive from Contact-Form-7, there are some tracking information similar to the following:

That information is collected by the plugin called “Contact Form 7 Leads Tracking”.
How can we achieve the same result with the native Enfold contact form ?
