Rikard, I have no idea what happened, but now it’s works also on my end. I had a customer calling me a few days ago, since it didn’t work… 🤷♀️ who knows…

Thanks for checking. Did you try to open it on a mobile device? If you hit the Shop Button on a mobile device, it directs you to the home Page. So the shop doesn‘t open. There is nothing to Screenshot 😉Best,

I understand that I have to set an image rule, but I’m not sure, if I did that correctly.I put this to the custom CSS:

}I also checked the advanced setting in the svg support and the “Force inline svg” is not checked.

So far I have been very pleased with the Enfold Theme AND the support. But right now… I don’t feel you are really trying to help me!
It’s been one week now, and I still cannot promote my webpage because of this problem.My english might not be the best, but If you had taken a look on the screenshot I send you, you would have seen, that the head of my model in the gallery is CUT OFF. Well, I think this DOES NOT LOOK LIKE IT SHOULD, right? So of course I don’t want the gallery to be underneath the header, but I don’t want it to COVER it either. So…. see the problem now?!

I already did that, like I mentioned above. I downloaded a fresh version an reinstalled enfold but the problem was not fixed 🤷🏻♀️ I installed it through backend and not via ftp though, could that be the problem?
It’s also not fixed by deactivating plugins…

Thank you so much for helping me and trying to find the problem. I am using the Avia Layout Builder – also to make changes. Last time I deleted one line of the headline editor and that was enough to cause the problem. Then the Frontend disappears underneath the Instagram Feed and in the Backend there is a block with html left. :/
How did you revert back to the full page?
I have to switch this page to its final domain now. I might also have to do some more changes. Let’s see, if the problem comes up again. I will let you know exactly what I did. :)Best regards, Katrin

Here we go again – unfortunately… I used the html Code or the hash and saved the site. The Backend looks fine, but half of the Frontend is gone now again.
Could you please check again? Something is wrong here, since this problem keeps coming back again and again as soon as I try to make some changes. The Login Details in the private section above should still work.Thanks, Katrin

So there was no error to fix? This is so funny, because I was having one heart attack after the other, since with every little step the page crashed…
Right now, I was able to make and save changes, so everything seems fine. I really hope it stays that way.So one last question: Is there a way to put the # back in? Do you think, this was causing the problem? Because the Hashtag is wanted…. and I need to find a way now.

Thanks for helping me. “Home” was the first draft of the homepage. I named it “Home (Test Page)” now and “Home2” is what should be the Startpage. so we just have that. I also checked the General Settings and the Enfold theme Settings and changed it. Sorry for that.The # was before Walltstreetstudios in the Headline Rotator. It should say “#WALLTREETSTUDIOS #DAMBAMGARAGE”

I tried to remove the # in the last line, but it’s the same – I cannot even save this change. As soon as I hit the save button – the frontend is gone…

Dear Mike,
I just spoke with my client. he said he filled out all the SMTP Details and tried to send a Testmail, and this worked fine. Still he receives no email filling out the contact form. I will give you SMTP and FTP Details in case you need those.
Is it possible to remove the Date from the Sidebar Blogposts too?
There is also a problem with the Caption in the Slider i.e. on these pages:
You can see by using the customizer, that the Caption runs too low and is covered. I checked the Slider settings and the caption is set on middle not even low. What could be the problem?
Is there a way to optimize this site for mobile devices? I could not find anything in the setting other that hide things for small screens.Also the videos (i.e. videoslider on homepage) are not shown on mobile devices, even though it is a you tube link.

For the contact Form, I will ask my client again for SMTO Details. Still there is no message when contact form has been send. Is this also because of incorrect SMTP Details?

Look, the domain is added in the restrictions section in order to avoid any other domain to use your API Key but has nothing to do with the API to connect. I already tried all these and I have other websites that work without the restrictions area. Adding a domain here does not solve the problem. Or am I getting something wrong here?! Are we talking about two different things? Sorry to say guys, but it’s been two weeks now, and so far it took one to three days for you to give advice that does not solve my problem. I have an appointment with my client wednesday this week and I need to present a site that is working. Is there any chance you can really help me out with this or no? This is the 4th time I bought this template. Never before did a “problem” take this long… Please advice.
