Hi Yigit, the contact form on – https://www.goettling.me/german-kitchen-dubai-home/contact-us/ has run into another issue.
The FORM TITLE is not displaying correctly on the frontend.
The text I have typed in the backend = MESSAGE US HERE
The text seen in the front end = “TESTIMONIALS” — Goettling Interiors – German ValuesHelp please!
Thank you.
Hi Yigit, I removed the ReCaptcha and yet it did not work.
Hence I have replaced the Contact Form 7 with the inbuilt Contact Form element by Enfold.
Is there a possibility of adding a field to upload files in that element?
Thanks!
Hi Ismael, it is an unusual issue.
1. I am unsure why it is taking long for the portfolio page to load for you because we have installed the paid version of NitroPack to tackle the slow load. It is working fine for the users here. Also upon checking the webpage load time test, the results are 1.3 seconds fully loaded page.
2. The portfolio loads on 4 out of 5 phones here. I am trying to understand how the issue of the 1 out 5 phone unable to load the page, can be resolved.
3. Categories have been made, but we have one common service “Kitchen” design that cannot be further categorised. Is there any update that I can do to the theme or plugin to resolve this?
Thank you.
Additional Note – the issue is that the feature image on the portfolio page + the thumbnails within the portfolio item are not loading.

Hi Ismael,
The language option button used to be visible on our metaheader (Orange bar) right corner and the left corner had our phone number.
But now the language button has been pushed to the header bar.
I want the original setting to be reverted where the ENG or AR language buttons are visible on the right top corner on the meta header.
Thank you.
Thank you Ismael.
I have raised a complaint with Polylang, but they replied saying their support is for Polylang Premium customers.

Is deactivating all the plugins risky pertaining the working of the website?
Also, you will have to be more specific about the time duration the plugins will be deactivated and the effects it will have on the website’s frontend.
Once I have the above information, I can suggest the best time – least traffic on website – for you to execute the deactivation.
Please let me know.
Thank you.
Hi, thank you for the assistance.

October 26, 2020 at 10:51 am in reply to: Will my WP Enfold website be affected due to PHP update? #1255670Hi Rikard & Victoria, thank you for your assistance.
I have updated the website theme and plugins.
I have also taken a backup with Upraft. Now will my website be affected with the below:
Dear Sir or Madam,
In the customer information system (KIS) we offer our customers the possibility to run applications with different PHP versions (currently 7.2, 7.3 or 7.4). We are sending this e-mail to you, because under customer ID 123 you use a package that supports PHP.
As PHP continues to evolve and old versions are no longer supported at a certain point in time, we regularly change the PHP versions to keep the WebHosting packages up to date.
The default PHP version PHP 7.2 will be switched off on November 4th, 2020. All domains, which are set to PHP 7.2 in the KIS will be changed to PHP 7.4 during this day.
Please ensure before the date of change that your scripts support PHP 7.4. If this is given, no changes are required on your side and the domains/directories concerned will be upgraded to PHP 7.4 on November 4th, 2020. Please check the functionality of your web pages again.
You can switch the affected domains or directories to a newer PHP version (7.3 or 7.4) and therefore test without any risk, whether the page is executable or not. If the website does not work after changing the version in your KIS you can reset the settings at the same place to the previous version and revise your website accordingly. All domains/directories that are on PHP 7.3 will not be automatically changed to PHP 7.4 on November 4th, 2020. From this date you can decide for yourself if and when you want to change your domains/directories to PHP 7.4.
Please let me know.
I have shared my website link in private content.
Thank you.
