Am running WP ver 5.5 with Enfold ver 4.7.6.2 (Enfold Child notes that my PHP version is: 7.2.32). Unfortunately the website breaks down when I changed PHP version from 7.2 to 7.3 but it seems to function properly with PHP 7.4. Does Enfold support PHP 7.4?

I think that other settings in style.css may override these settings:

Thanks for your detailed reply, have updated these minor items.

It is still extremely slow to edit posts. It takes a few seconds to get a response on any change, in any post. Larger posts are extremely slow to update.

Happy to use the sliders provided with Enfold for optimised performance and compatibility.
I am looking for a slider that will provide the following criteria:
a. Does not crop images.
b. Fills mobile device screens height or width (showing blank margins when displaying vertical images on horizontal screens or when showing horizontal images on vertical screens).
This is the current feature of manually browsing through a Portfolio Gallery when Lightbox is activated.
Which of the built-in sliders would be most suitable?
Tried Easy Slider> No Scaling (Original Width X Original Height) which is showing nicely on desktops and laptops but too small or cropped on phones – see link in private content.

The About submenu is showing horizontally on desktops hover: “| WHY | BIOGRAPHY |”
Can this submenu show vertically please? (same as the portfolio items showing when hovering above ‘PORTFOLIO’)

Yes, changing that option removed the copy of the parent menu item from the submenu container.
This however removed the option to select & view the ‘About’ page when using mobile devices (it is selectable on desktops)….
On that matter, the About submenu is showing horizontally on desktops hover: Why | Biography
How can that be set to show vertically please?

Thanks for following up. Yes, have toggled the Performance > File Compression settings, cleared the cache and did a hard refresh to the browser.
Can you please inspect the css of the site below – it has the exact required behaviour so could probably be able to copy the required code from there.

Have updated the code but background is still grayed out. Perhaps there is a conflict with the code that sets the grayed-out background for the pop-up windows:

background: transparent !important;
}
.mfp-bg {
background: rgba(0,0,0,.8) !important;
}

Is there a way to keep the grayed out background for the pop-up windows (when Read More.. is clicked at the header) and have white background for enlarged photos?

Hi Vinay,

The code works perfectly for pop-ups. However, the semi-transparent gray background now shows behind gallery images that are enlarged, i.e. the grid is showing in the background which is distracting. The idea is to keep the background white when enlarging photos.

What code will affect the pop-up only and not the grid enlargements?
