Update: It now shows correctly after some strange behaviour of the Avia Layout Architec. I edited and saved the color section a few times on my German version with WordPress in German. The color section changed from German to English (I didn’t change the language). I seems to work now that I saved the page with ALA in English. When I now open the color section again, ALA is back to German.
So I don’t need help anymore, right now. But there is something strange going on that might help find a bug.
Well, thanks for pointing this out. But: this doesn’t apply to me, because I purchased my license in 2013, when this requirement didn’t exist. Even big-shot American companies must abide by contracts concluded. I bought explicit unlimited support, I wouldn’t have bought it otherwise. And honestly I think customers with 8 years experience with Enfold don’t bother you too much, anyway.
Resaving the permalink setting solved the problem. Permalinks were already set correctly to Post Name, but needed to be resaved without changing the setting.
And to be on the safe side, I also completely cleared the the cache.- This reply was modified 3 years, 1 month ago by oberton.
I have the same problem. PHP Max Size and Upload Size 64M. Shall I open a new thread for it?
The problem doesn’t exist anymore… don’t know the reason. I deactivated and reactivated Classic Editor plugin. One other thing I did was switching off google maps in The Event Calendar, shouldn’t be related. It’s not reproducable. So, you may delete this topic.

I have the same problem here https://www.oberton.org/wolfgang-saus/kontakt/
Exactly the same problem here. Spam started after last update.
Spam mail comes with required checkbox: falseHi Jordan,
I solved it already. Thanks.I found a conflict with the plugin User Access Manager. Their option “hide empty categories” causes the fault. If this option is switched off masonry runs as expected again.
I’ve a similar problem. Masonry shows posts from wrong categories. If all categories are chosen and ‘display sort option’ is activated, it displays wrong posts and many posts are missing completely. Blog and magazine work correctly. The problem is only with masonry. All shown posts and subcategories in the link don’t belong to the chosen category.
Shall I open a new thread? This one looks abandoned.

You find it in the footer area of http://www.oberton.org.
Thanks,

thanks for your help! The problem is still the same, on firefox and google chrome: grey background instead of a picture when set to parallax. Can it be that you saw a cached version (WP fastest cache, not the browser cache) of the fixed background? This is at least what I saw when opening my webite after your investigation. As soon as I cleared the cache the background was grey. Thanks again, I appreciate your great support.

November 9, 2015 at 11:04 am in reply to: 3.4.1 broke background image in color section of frontpage #532462I am still not totally convinced about the privacy. I can see the private message of ngfilms. I wouldn’t expect this.

November 7, 2015 at 10:13 am in reply to: 3.4.1 broke background image in color section of frontpage #531817Rikard, perhaps something is wrong with your private settings on this discussion page. But I see private data of other participants (#531068).
I’m sorry, but how can I be sure that only team members see my private data if I can see other’s?I updated the German informal translation with enfold.pot from enfold 3.4.1 (not 100% translated).

I refreshed the cache and you should see the new version Enfold 3.4.1 with fixed background image (the parallax background doesn’t work).
November 5, 2015 at 7:14 pm in reply to: 3.4.1 broke background image in color section of frontpage #531117I tested again. It doesn’t work with parallax. It works with fixed or scroll. What you probably saw on my site was the cached version. I refreshed cache with a fixed background now.
Thank you so much! I’d have never found this.

I always solve the problem by using facebook debugger: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object/
After publishing a post I immediately put the link into the Open Graph Object Debugger and “Fetch new scrape information”. Afterwards it’s posted with the correct image on facebook.I’ve the problem with almost every post. Can it be related to cashing? Or is it a facebook problem? I wonder because once treated with the debugger it works for other users too who share my posts.
Thank you very much, Ismael. I appreciate your promt service.
But magazine element used with tribal events still shows and sorts by publishing date, while it sould show and sort by event date. Any solution for that?October 28, 2014 at 10:32 pm in reply to: Mobile: Parent menu not clickable (Hide Mobile Menu Submenu Items) #342433Thanks, Ismael.
I am using the oderby option with the magazine element. But the magazine element seems to sort differently compared to blog posts or masonry.
While the latter sort by date of the event, magazine seems to sort by publishing date.
Then, if I click a category tab on the magazine it allways sorts DESC.The first problem I worked around by changing the publishing date to exactly one year before the event. But it would be nicer if the sorting would recognize the event date (is this something for a Feature Request, or is it a bug?)
For the second problem I’d need some advise.Best, Wolfgang
Thank you!
Your support is superb.October 22, 2014 at 7:18 pm in reply to: Mobile: Parent menu not clickable (Hide Mobile Menu Submenu Items) #339684I first used an ole nokia symbian and then some web simulations. If I klick a parent menu item it just opens and closes the sub items but not the page linked to the parent item.

It works, thank you.
I added the code to the child-theme functions.php. What do you mean with “… in Appearance > Editor”?But what is the cause of a different behaviour in my case compared to Ismael’s?
